FAKE DOCTOR AT PALLABI AND BEATING THE BUSH

A. (Introduction : Beating the bush)

The Communication Minister of Bangladesh has recently met with the owners of private buses in the face of mounted pressure from the mass media that the private owned bus companies have hiked the bus fare beyond the normal height. On the eve of the meeting which I watched in the TV channel was that a leader had been arguing whether the GOB might take judiciary measures against the responsible on the basis of the newspaper reporting. Although I have initiated to talk about a different issue, the reason I quoted the concern of the leader is deemed to be a vital concern to me too. Has the administrative watchdog become underdog to the mass media workers? I personally believe that the more the mass media is active, the more the anarchy in the state. The reason shall have to be dragged out since it is simultaneously a vital concern in relation to the good governance. We know that on the basis of the functionalities of a state, several ministries of the Government have been categorized. No matter what a task is carried out by a citizen shall be grasped by any of the antennas of the Ministries and for these reasons the ignorant peasants or even the Rickshaw pullers have to pay tax to nourish this administration. And to be administered this mechanism, laws have been made and unless comply with those; the citizens have to be stayed behind the bars years after years. Hence, the public servants are the most secured and wealthy citizens of Bangladesh . Although she becomes poor, the GOB borrows money from the scheduled banks and fed them, no matter, the tax payers are left hungry who, in fact, have to pay tax when buy a soap to wash his body.

The public administrations who are being fed by us should find out either overtly or covertly before any any other in the state whether the mass shall be agitated by the anarchy of the bus owners and should take measures beforehand. However, the reality is that administration weighs up who is heavier: mass peoples or the bus owners or BRTC? Since they have failed to cope with the input and output of the citizen, it is very naturally responsibility vested on the mass media to play role on behalf of the sufferer. Although the problems are mounted day by day, the mass peoples are physiologically are pacified ‘look, that incident has been covered by that channel ... or that news paper.' Once that cheat is stopped by the handle of the danda (stick) of the administration, cheat is resumed with vigorous intensity in a newer form. The personnel of the public administration often watches since they themselves are always guarded by police and beyond any trouble and the desperete subjects collect endowments and put them into bag which is heaped in the acount of the wife of the projected officer. The significance of the mass media is that for their performances the line of cheat is just changed the dress. The role of mass media could be avoided if the educated responsible persons who have been employed there could be merged in the administration and if the administration was instructed from the top to bottom. If top is a commissioner taker, the bottom shall automatically be dismantled. The reason the administration is not heavily employed should be pointed to have the chance to be disseminated the commission the moderns subjects pay in the face of intimidation misusing the danda (stick) of the law, avoiding non-biased but legal treatment.

 

B. ( Story of a fake doctor at Pallabi)

Maltreatment with the patients in Noakhali by the name of a handicapped girl and a women's cheat by the name of a tomb at Kalshi in Mirpur, Dhaka have been uprooted followed by reports of Ekushey Chokh (Ekushey Channel) which is a prime instance that mass media has killed the sleep of the culprits. Amidst so many deceptions in front of the administration, it is the pleasure of the mass people that something is happening! Quinine has the action! A am also a part of the mass people. Where I live and where I have to deal with different peoples can not be avoided the deception what I see what the administration does not see.

Under Pallabi Police station in Dhaka , at B-Block and near Purobi Bus stand there are two Doctors who have been serving the Jaundice patients for long. They wash the heads with chemical which has no scientific basis and the ignorant patients pay and once they are not treated and liver is damaged, they are sent to hospitals and have to die. This simple harassment is not being watched by the administration because for a mystery. I found this cheat has hung two pictures one: Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Sheikh Hasina over his head and another lady is near to the house of the Ward Councilor. Such fake treatment has been traced out by mea at Section A, Pallabi, D-block and Prirerbag who treat by coconut.

I could be abstained from wasting time to collect and write if the administration could desist those fake beforehand. Good governance is not the game of TOM and JERRY. It is a holy responsibility and once any mechanism fails to comply with, must be trashed today or tomorrow and who toils to safeguard that tyrant is a fool indeed.
