File in one hand, onion in other's hand: need unity

Lastly the file and onion debate started on the auspicious of Ramadan month .Although the tug of war of the business class with the service holder is not a new issue, it is wildly seen when the hike of the price of the essential commodities is taken seriously by the Government. The more the Government allowing for discussion, the more the price of the essential commodities is climbing to a peak. The price of a kilo of brinjal speeded up from 24 to 50 to 60taka per kilo. When Military was in the barrack they were called to check the rice of the green chili (hot spice) in the last era .Since they appeared on the auspicious of certain purpose the price dropped from 120/kg to 35/kilo within one hour. Now the scenario is different, military is closely associated with the Government, the Business class feels to bargain with the Government in broad day light, even with the military. It is nothing but a dialogue indeed .The Government is adhering to settle the issue through dialogue, however, for some reason the dialogue is facing a new challenge. What is the new challenge? A challenge of the mass people who have no government quarter, fixed salary, in a word, guaranteed future, they have brinjal, onion, stuffed rice (muri), soybean etc. As soon as the salary increases of the public servants the price of brinjal, onion, stuffed rice etc. are increased in the same proportionate. None can leave others unchallenged! When onion seller moves to the public office nothing is achieved without money. The retaliation begins when the public servant moves to the bazzar for essential commodities in the after noon. The tug of war begins in the month of Ramadan nakedly. The tug of war of this year is not exceptional. We think it is the bad symptom of good governance. We tried to make the policy maker understand that there should be a harmonious relation in subject to the relation based on law, confidence, cooperation. Recently the business class sacred that they would be arrested under the anti-corruption drive. Why are they scared ? A thief is scared for police-is a proverb in Bangladesh . Is it the fear that they feel uneasy- it is also the helplessness of Government? In the one hand they have to be fair in their services, on the other hand, the criminal business class ought to be punished. A business man who forcibly abducts other's land property or adulterate in goods must be punished – in this issue, government's confusion may lead a tremendous problem for the mass. Government is for all- not for a certain class. Furthermore, in the business class – there have been two division – one CIP/VIP business – nearly very close to the government body like the civil -military beaurocrats and political parties have close links with them .On the other side , the retailer –who are in huge numbers ,all over in Bangladesh . When they rent a shop is paid out of limit of the existing law and the respective department is not helpful to them and then huge rent is pocketed to the shop owner- they are called ‘the land lord'. Even they have much more problem. They have no guaranteed future, no way to get loan, make house –in a word, no ways to fulfill the basic needs properly. Even they do not conduct yearly audit-since some sacred that they may be in loss or profit, they borrow the goods from the wholesaler and wholesaler from the importer and importer from the bank. In this helpless and solitary condition the retailers are aggressive when the time appeared, for instance, in the month of Ramadan. In this situation, the political bell rings and stops when the month is over. Where the political parties organize the people, they should take the steps, in stead of their silly programs to hot the field of politics. They present less futuristic plan to pacify the problem, only uses this phenomenon as the tool to over throw the political opponents. In the year 2004 , a report was published in Australia that the state was owed to Public nearly 700 million dollar since the public borrowed those by credit card .The respective Minister appealed the people not to spend on the occasion of Christmas since it was much. As they have arranged the opportunities to purchase, they have tightened law to check the whim of the market. And so they can not tolerate any foreign citizen, who does not earn. Only 2 crore of people in a huge country is less challenging than 13 crore of people of a small country like Bangladesh . Yet the GOB's insufficient arrangement for monetary flow to the maximum retailer and the mass along with the law abiding strictness is essential.

Avoiding the expansion of the opportunities of the mass and to implement the consumer's right law properly, any political stunt is nothing but a cause of chaos. Recently a chaos in Dhaka University was foiled by the law enforcing agency. Shunning the main point the so called student's destruction of the property was comparable to the acts of alien invaders. It was possible since it was penetrated to the teachers and students that they could do no wrong. Political misuse of the teachers and students, mainly in Public University , made possible this destruction. I appreciate the government to tackle problem patiently. When the half of the country was inundated and the government was facing the challenge with the help of Military successfully, the call for withdrawal of military was a part of plan to kill the affected people- inseparable part to overthrow the Government. This silly destructive politics is responsible for worsening the situation in the market. When this is the reality – the government requires pro-mass policy pacifying the antagonistic factors .It is ultimately a process of unification among the existing interest groups with the mass through the government in subject to brotherly relation not master- servant relation.

Wir versuchten, den Politikhersteller zum Verstehen zu bringen, daß es eine harmonische Verbindung in Gegenstand der Verbindung auf Gesetz, Zuversicht, Zusammenarbeit, basierend geben sollte. Weiterhin in der Geschäftsklasse hat es zwei Teilung gegeben - ein CIP/VIP-Unternehmen, beinahe sehr in der Nähe vom Regierungskörper wie dem zivilen, militärischen beaurocrats und politische Parteien haben nahe Verbindungen mit ihnen. Auf der anderen Seite, der Einzelhändler, der in riesigen Zahlen ist, alles vorbei in Bangladesch. Als die Hälfte des Landes überschwemmt wurde, und die Regierung stand der Herausforderung mit der Hilfe des Militäres erfolgreich gegenüber, war der Aufruf an Abzug des Militäres ein Teil von Plan, die affektierten Leute zu töten, untrennbarer Teil, um die Regierung zu stürzen. Diese alberne zerstörerische Politik ist verantwortlich dafür, die Situation im Markt zu verschlechtern. Wenn dies die Wirklichkeit ist, verlangt die Regierung pro-Massen-Politik, die die feindseligen Faktoren beruhigt. Es ist schließlich ein Prozeß der Vereinigung unter den bestehenden Interessengemeinschaften mit der Masse durch die Regierung in Gegenstand von brüderlicher Verbindung, meistern Sie nicht, Dienerverbindung.

Depuis qu'ils ont paru sur le propice de certain but le prix est tombé de 120/kg à 35/kilo dans une heure. Maintenant le scénario est différent, l'armée est associée attentivement avec le Gouvernement, la classe de l'Affaire sent négocier avec le Gouvernement dans lumière du jour générale, même avec l'armée. Ce n'est rien en effet sauf un dialogue. Le Gouvernement adhère résoudre la question à travers dialogue, cependant, pour quelque raison le dialogue fait face à un nouveau défi. Quel est le nouveau défi? Ultimamente l'archivio e dibattito di cipolla cominciò sul di lieto auspicio del mese di Ramadan. Non è davvero nulla ma un dialogo. Il Governo sta aderendo stabilire il problema attraverso dialogo, comunque per della ragione il dialogo sta affrontando una sfida nuova. Quale è la sfida nuova? Una sfida delle persone di massa che non hanno trimestre statale, salario riparato, in una parola futuro garantito, loro hanno brinjal, cipolla riso riempito (il muri), soia ecc. appena il salario aumenta dei servitori pubblici il prezzo di brinjal, cipolla riso riempito è aumentato ecc. nello stesso proporzionato. Nessuno può lasciare altri incontestati! Quando venditore di cipolla si muove all'ufficio pubblico nulla è realizzato senza soldi. Recentemente un caos in Università di Dhaka fu messo in rilievo dalla legge che rafforza agenzia. Evitando il punto principale il così chiamò la distruzione di studente della proprietà era comparabile agli atti di invasori alieni. Quando la la metà del paese fu allagata ed il governo stava affrontando con successo la sfida con l'aiuto di Militare, la chiamata per prelevamento di militare era una parte di piano per uccidere le persone affettate - parte inseparabile a rovesciamento il Governo. Questa politica distruttiva e sciocca è responsabile per peggiorare la situazione nel mercato. Quando questa è la realtà - il governo richiede polizza di pro-massa che pacifica i fattori antagonistici. è ultimamente un processo di unificazione fra i gruppi di interesse esistenti con la massa attraverso il governo in soggetto a relazione fraterna non il padrone - relazione di servitore.

Desde que ellos aparecían adelante el próspero de cierto propósito el precio dejó caer de 120/kg a 35/kilo dentro de una hora. Ahora el guión es diferente, el ejército es estrechamente asociado con el Gobierno, la clase Comercial siente negociar con el Gobierno en la luz del día ancha, incluso con el ejército. Es nada más que de hecho un diálogo. El Gobierno está adhiriendo establecer el problema a través del diálogo, sin embargo, por alguna razón el diálogo está enfrentando un nuevo desafío. ¿Cuál es el nuevo desafío? El remolcador de guerra de este año no es excepcional. Nosotros pensamos que es el síntoma malo de gobernación buena. Nosotros intentamos hacer al fabricante de la política entender que debe haber una relación armoniosa en sujeto a la relación basada en la ley, la confianza, la cooperación. Cuando la la mitad del país fue inundada y el gobierno estaba enfrentando el desafío con éxito con la ayuda de Ejército, la llamada para el retiro de ejército era una parte de plan para matar a las personas afectado - la parte inseparable para derrocar al Gobierno. Ultimamente o arquivo e debate de cebola começou no auspicioso de mês de Ramadan. Embora o cabo-de-guerra da classe empresarial com o proprietário de serviço não é um assunto novo, é visto de modo selvagem quando a caminhada do preço dos artigos essenciais é levada seriamente pelo Governo. O mais o Governo que permite discussão, o mais o preço dos artigos essenciais está escalando a um cume. O preço de um quilo de speeded de brinjal para cima de 24 a 50 a 60taka por quilo. Quando Exército estava dentro o aloje eles foram chamados para conferir o arroz da pimenta-malagueta verde (tempero quente) na última era. Desde que eles se apareceram no auspicioso de certo propósito o preço derrubou de 120/kg a 35/kilo dentro de uma hora. Agora o enredo é diferente, exército é próximo associado com o Governo, a classe Empresarial sente pechinchar com o Governo em luz de dia larga, até mesmo com o exército. Realmente está nada mais que um diálogo. O Governo está aderindo resolver o assunto por diálogo, porém, por alguma razão o diálogo está enfrentando um desafio novo. O que é o desafio novo? Um desafio das pessoas de massa que não têm nenhum trimestre de governo, salário fixo, em uma palavra, futuro garantido, eles têm brinjal, cebola, arroz enchido (muri), feijão-soja etc. assim que o salário aumente dos funcionários públicos o preço de brinjal, cebola, arroz enchido etc. é aumentado dentro o mesmo proporcional. Nenhum pode deixar unchallenged para outros! Quando o vendedor de cebola se muda para o escritório público que nada é alcançado sem dinheiro. A vingança começa quando o funcionário público se mudar ao bazzar para artigos essenciais o depois que meio-dia. O cabo-de-guerra começa pelo mês de nakedly de Ramadan. O cabo-de-guerra deste ano não é excepcional. Nós pensamos que é o sintoma ruim de governação boa. Nós tentamos fazer o político entender isso deveria haver uma relação harmoniosa dentro sujeito à relação baseado em lei, confiança, cooperação. Recentemente a classe empresarial sagrado que eles seriam prendidos debaixo do passeio de anti-corrupção. Por que eles são assustados? Um ladrão está assustado para polícia-é um provérbio em Bangladesh. É o medo que eles sentem intranqüilo - também é o desamparo de Governo? Governo é para tudo - não para uma certa classe. Quando o a metade do país foi inundado e o governo estava enfrentando o desafio prosperamente com ajuda de Exército, a chamada para retirada de exército era uma parte de plano para matar as pessoas afetadas - parte inseparável para subverter o Governo. Estas políticas destrutivas tolas são responsáveis para piorar a situação no mercado. Quando esta é a realidade - o governo requer política da favor de-massa que pacifica os fatores antagônicos. é no final das contas um processo de unificação entre os grupos de interesse existentes com a massa pelo governo em sujeito a relação fraterna não o mestre - relação de criado.

Is Democracy a safe passage ?

On 11 January 2007, there had been a change in the politics of Bangladesh which our Chief of Military Moin U. Ahmed mentioned as the 1/11 –a change in the politics. We also witnessed a changed in the politics. The politics and politicians – who misused the state mechanism, as the tool to gain their self-interest have been detained and faced trail. Some of them already have been sentenced many years of jail and their illegal property has been seized under the legal procedure. Simultaneously, some are jumping for reforms and a few like Sheikh Hasina is directly confronting with the Government in spite of state of emergency does not permit. Government also bypassing and the trail is going on. Most of the major party leaders have been under trail. In this situation, Sheikh Hasina openly challenges whatever they are confessing – but Khaleda Zia is stopped. As a general citizen, whatever Abdul Jalil and other AL leaders confessed shall be proven then what shall be the consequence of the participation of them in the election. Is she roaring for election to make a safe passage for the convicted? We know that 130.3 million peoples of Bangladesh are captivated by the politics of Bangladesh and the main so-called two parties are solely responsible for the fate of present Bangladesh . Likewise the curtail by the multi national companies, the politics of Bangladesh is curtailed by the political parties. They even failed to settle the problems in the parliament. When Chatra League and other Awami League leaders were involved setting fire to the passengers of BRTC bus at Shahbag in Dhaka , then why did the ruling two third majority Government play silent role? When as per the statement of Obaidul Kader of AL that the baton charging to the women activists was preplanned, then it is concluded that to make the Bangladeshi politics nasty the ruling party was also responsible. Is 1/11 the end of the nasty road? We are watching.

‘Three' are in the melting pod

Right now, Military aided executive body, Journalist and Judiciary related professionals are on the driving seats in Bangladesh ; on the other hand, other group got the seats in the back. To rectify the organs of the state, their role became inevitable. Once many shed crocodile tears for the democracy, which they said, shall drive the nation in to prosperity. Well, we have chosen that western model democracy : rightly the prosperity attained much for few. Recently, on the eve of G-8 conference in Germany, many peoples are demonstrating being illustrated the fact that the wealth of the world is reserved to only 35% peoples of the 8 nations. Another report suggested that total world wealth is controlled by only 2% in the world. In this situation, where our 3 lacs Mosque in Bangladesh observe five times prayers, they utter: In order that it (wealth) may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you -Sura Al -Hashr, Ayat -7. Interestingly, they have the solution in their caves of belief, on the other hand , their ruling elites' tendency is to follow another doctors' prescriptions which inspire to inflate the fund for their own account in order to take those like the ancient Egypt 's Pharaoh brought the gold with their mommies. Where's the solution? Being desexed? May be not. Then the production capacity shall never be proved. But need to be healthy production rather than a production shall be impaired in the rest of life.

Our law makers in the legislature are directly elected by the vote of the people .Most of their character became dusty and with the power of illegal money, mastan and acting, they camouflage their real faces before the public for the rest of five years. In the mean time, another freshman appears who keep underhand connection with the opposite to cartel the power. For this understanding, bi-party system is always prescribed in the G-8 countries and the same formula is dispatched to our table. This formula can, could and shall never solve/ pacify the aspiration of the common people in Bangladesh when the common people's struggle was recognized past. In this situation, the state of emergency was declared in order to save the country from a civil war. If the civil war is started, the Military have to come and a big number of their force may spare lives, judiciary may take rest and the media may be busy to snap the thrilled moment if the office is not bombarded .Leading arms selling country may sale the arms to the conflicting-parties and after the end of war we may loose some area as we lost Bihar, Orissa in 1947. Since the sequence was not staged, the revisionism is required so that the Mafia under any party any form can no longer rule the believers in Bangladesh .

Bangladeshi Politics may be changed

The quality of Bangladeshi politics may be changed. Caretaker Government's deal demonstrates the sign. Once the Awami League roared for the renovation of the system, the divine justice, dragged the fact that the party it self required renovation. As an opposite party the responsibility can no longer be avoided by the party. Besides, in the existing system the same corruptive, clumsy and shaky personalities must appear if the system is not changed. When BNP as well as AL members are charged the renovation demands thoroughly. In 1973 election when the Pakistan supporter Chairmen were elected in large extent then AL think tank gathered the rough and tough persons were accumulated surrounded by Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the memoirs of the contemporary writers suggested that. The counter productive strategy was followed by the subsequent periods .We have not yet been escaped from the evils section from the politics yet. Even from the secular politics it is hardly expected. Those who can push and irritate the patriotic section of the country have been nourished by the secular politics. To attain that objective every opportunist has earned a lot of black, white, red money and consequently the culture of corruption has been institutionalized. But the reality is that for the Islamic identity the people of the area shaped a different flavored politics and the pattern of the politics chased in different mood in the time being in keeping the regularity. Either the western or the oriental theorist can not find the cause why militarism and so called democracy collide each other in Bangladesh . The Americans know why does the Military man George W Bush come in the zeal of crusade under bi- party system ?Why does India increases the reserve of weapons? Unfortunately our so- called theorists can not understand the fact. Sometimes the power of beaurocracy, excessive power of Prime Minster is voiced from our theorist, but is it possible to implement the authority without power? All the so called developed countries' head of the state enjoy the excess of power .The problem with us that they are patriotic, imandar to their belief and ours are less commited which made them selfish and arrogant .May Allah save us from the evildoers and lead in the path of truth.

Politics is not a pure science

It is said that there is no finish line of politics .In the politics of Bangladesh it is more appropriate than any other country. Bangladesh having 130.03 millions (2001) of people made the politics more complex, dynamic and challenging. For the historical background and geo-strategical location, Bangladesh became the target for the international community .Other than the Arab, since they formed the local community and lived with them, Portuguese, English traders, politicians and religious fathers did not stay permanently in the country. More than 98 percent of them ruled , earned unfair means and settled in Washington , London or Rome . Whereas hundreds of Muslim sufi, warriors, rulers came, ruled, conducted their missionary works and died in the soil. As a result, Islam is the core factor to form the political culture of Bangladesh , history is the witness. From the English rule in 1757 , the whole region was segregated and made the Muslim society in to pieces .The English says that they divide and rule . Recently the Chief of Military Moin U Ahmed said to the freedom fighters that the nation is divided . I am agreed with it .But its root earthed nearly three hundred years back. Before the inception of English rule, there were no records of man made famine, no riots among the local communities. The Mughals strictly warned the local leaders not to keep relation with the terror people. However, during the rule of English in the name of doing blue cultivation (Nil cultivation), permanent settlement lots of terrorists /lathial were legitimized, the legacy we have to carry up to the command of Mr. Moin U Ahmed.

Lastly we have witnessed that the mafia gang looted under the banner of politics, freedom fight etc are gradually putting behind the bars under Special Powers Act, 1974.

Although peoples are happy, yet it is a mystery whether the money transferred to America , Swiss bank be collected .Has any force been able to return the money of former Military ruler Hussein Muhammad Ershad from Swiss bank? Had it been possible to return the share looted money? If it was not then, shall there be next? Because the ‘divide and rule', ‘earn and rule' politics has been penetrated into the marrow and bones of the beaurocracy, M.., and all sections of the society.

How hard the task was understood while the LC opening collapsed by the business group. Now Government is compromising with the business man, because it is easily hard to run a Government without having financial ground. So politics of 130.03 millions is too hard. Since politics is not a pure science it is hard to determine the result in the laboratory, it depends on the situation.

So, Bangladeshi politics needs to take times to be refurbished, since the society is segregated in different mood of lifestyles, although the initiative is unquestionably welcomed but have to mind it that if the reform is sought then needs to be massive reform. Shall the CG do within short period of time? Then how long….

Whether our cat can catch the mouse

Except the power elite who are general peoples receive some how assistance from the state are passing fearless days and nights .Since there is no uncertain tomorrow like strike , clash ,blockade etc. they feel to safe. Peoples are not too much interested to know about the black box that means what ever the mechanism of statehood goes. As they voted representative, they believe, they would solve the problem .This is the sum and substance.

But we experienced horrific moments and lastly we were under sate of emergency. In China Deng Xioping had the theory ‘no matter what the cat is black or white, question is: whether the cat can catch the mice'. We think our cat might catch the mouse.

It is really a magic to rule the country having 14 crore peoples. In contrast to the western and many other countries it is really a magic!

The Emergency Power Ordinance, 2007 enacted from 25 th January, 2007 reflected this norm: ‘In quest to the security or public interest and to avail public discipline and peace ….'

And peacefully passing the last days accordingly. Now the question: is it the solution. Most probably not: until or unless accountable, honest, patriotic political party and civil service nothing can be achieved. Who is involved to grab the government land? Who are involved hoarding, misuse of media, smuggling, and sabotage? Every body getting the opportunity can no longer abandon the activities. If the total political structure does not support the interest of the peoples, they try to infiltrate in different mood. In Bangladesh there are some families set up their members in different positions to get the opportunity. Some peoples feel that their basic needs can no longer be achieved unless flattering/ tackling the power elite. This reality is heading the common people to be used as the tool of power elite.

Our prophet Muhammad (SM) ensured that ruling mechanism is sole responsible for the well being to her peoples. Consequently the barbaric society had successfully made a political system which could grab the contemporary other availed political system. What we have achieved from the Machiavellian hypocritical- political system, peoples can be cheated by the whim of prince and so that our princes are to drag in the jail now .We are sorry for that. May Allah help us to understand the truth.

State of Emergency : a reality of the Bangladeshi political culture

The country is now enjoying estate of emergency. In the question to holding the election on 22nd January 2007, when the two blocks of the political forces became closer to be collided, then the President dramatically declared state of emergency on 11 January under the power of article 141 of the constitution of Bangladesh and imposed curfew in the night from 11 PM to 5 AM for the following day by the Special Power Act -1974. People became, at least, burden free that the lives of the hundreds sons, destruction of the national properties and the block of the economic growth had been able to be saved. The graph of the political environment showed erratic mode after 28 th October 2006 more clearly which continued further days ahead. Peoples became scared and frustrated with the Awami League's demands and support from the President. MA Hassan and MA Aziz became the focal point for all the troubles from the Awami Corner, however, Awami block's demands came one after another and consequently they finished all the formalities for the participation of the election .Suddenly ,from the sources, considering the survey that AL would get just slight higher then 100 seats and with the request of former Military ruler H M Ershad the grand alliance boycotted the election and ,on the other side, 4 party alliance led by Begum Kheleda Zia they prepared for the election in between 90 days as per the constitution and with the support of Sheikh Hasina, chief of the grand 14 party alliances when she was strong at her speech delivered in the parliament in 2001 .

In this situation, President Dr. Iajuddin had nothing to do except declaring state of emergency. Along with it, the interest of the foreign countries is closely related with the situation of Bangladesh .

The foreign investment and the exported man power in the overseas along with the regional security crisis made our country touched with the international masters. To safeguard their invested capitals they try to maintain the situation under control.

The local and international consultations- the state of emergency is the achievement of the country. But, it is evident that the censorship over the media is made us upset when the logical freedom of the media is required for the development of the lower political culture to heighten the higher political culture.

We hope the country would be normal and the elected representatives would grasp the power for the strong, happier and progressive Bangladesh . May Allah help us.

All roads lead to election

 All roads lead to election. For the preparation of election, nominations have been submitted and all the political parties shaped their strategies about how to win the hearts of people. The giant two parties are compromising with the small parties and sharing their seats. Since the monopolistic attitude of the two parties are challenged have to be making module like the Japanese party politics, a significant mark of the politics. It is clearly apparent that the small parties are playing role in the politics. In the last term small parties like Jamat-e-islami played a significant role in the Bangladeshi politics. On the opposite, a rebel Shaikhul Hadith Allama Ajijul Haque of Khelafat Majlis signed five points agreements with Awami League . In the agreement they have settled that: AL shall recognize the certificate of the Kawami Madrasa, restore the right for delivering FATWA, AL would dismantle anyone's attempt to deliver bad comments about the Prophets and their followers . In addition, they made allies with Jatiyo Party(JP) leader Hussain Muhammad Ershad and shared seats with him even with BNP's spared party LDP. In the dressing room of 4-party led by BNP have commenced the seat sharing with the Jamat-e-Islami and factional groups of Jatiyo Party(JP).Even factional Khelafat Majlis is also starting to share their seats with Kheleda Zia.

To sum , the country suffers from election fever and hopes the Administration's strict action against obstacles for holding the election. A ruling class having transparent and committed to Allah and people, can play a significant role in the post election period to make a safer, progressive and self sufficient, healthy Bangladesh . May Allah help us.

Nation United Under President

President and Chief of Caretaker Government Dr. Iajuddin Ahmed deployed military at last.

In support to the deployment, he mentioned that for the restoration of property and life of the citizen, recovering illegal arms, resisting terrorism and finally to maintain the atmosphere for the economic flow. Actually these were the expectations of the people as well.

The blockade program is the same wine in the new bottle. When strike or hartal - introduced and used in a large extant was hatred by a large section of the peoples. In the name of hartal, once, even rickshaws were not allowed .As a result lots of peoples had to suffer for that. People started to abandon their touches. Then they introduced new strategy –blockade . Difference was that rickshaw, garments and some economic activities were allowed. It proved that AL 's past political program was against the interest of the people and presently at they are doing must be termed as harmful as hartal did. Some section of the press (for instance, Amader shomoy) was roaring that AL was positively keeping their political program by dancing and so. However, the editor skillfully avoided how much money we had to loose. Even the daily Star avoided the amount in the reporting of FBCCI's AGM. The information provided by FBCCI indicated that in a single day for the whole sector we were loosing 5oo crore taka and 200 crore taka for the garments sector only.

So in this situation, President should have taken such bold steps while he tried to hear the suggestion of the AL led 14 party. The incident showed that the whole nation seemed to be locked by AL led 14 party. 4- party alliances seemed to be ignored all the time. Any way at last the President deployed military. I think it is his duty to create an environment so that the citizen can be felt secured. Last two to three days the psychology of the common people suggested that they relived from the political burden.

On the other hand, Sheikh Hasina assured the nation that she would minimize the lose of blockade if she can arrive at to the bench of power. I think it is a bull shit! Had she minimized the loss of share market? Was her father able to minimize loss of post 71 war's nepotism, corruption, terrorism? When Sheikh Mujibur Rahman deployed army the nasty section of the AL resisted the decision. In the memoir of M.A Mohaimen(1990), he wrote: As far As I can remember ,towards the end of 1973 Sheikh Saheb HAD MOBILIZED THE ARMY TO STOP LOOTING AND BLACKMARKETING. After a weeklong operation by the prices had come down in different parts of the country .But, as far as can be ascertained, he called back the army under pressure of some top leaders who felt endangered.”

 If, once any political party is allowed to do the destruction it is hard to check. Hasina failed to recover the money that was deserted by the scandal of share market in the year 1995-96. Rather, the main accused Salman F. Rahman sits under his table now.

It is required that the nation would proceed towards the election and keep the phase for development.

LET THE CONSTITUTION BE NOURISHED

Constitutionally (Articles 8, clause 1 and 1A) Bangladesh is governed by the principles of democracy including the norms of socialism in the sense of economic and social justice and above all absolute trust and faith in the Almightily Allah. In the article 11 of the constitution echoes that the Republic shall be a democracy in which fundamental human rights and freedoms and respect for the dignity and worth of the human person shall be guaranteed. Moreover, as per the article 36 the same tune is heard: subject to any reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the public interest, every citizen shall have the right to move freely throughout Bangladesh , to reside and settle in any place therein and to leave and reenter Bangladesh . In the article 37 it is mentioned: Every citizen shall have the right to assemble and to participate in public meetings, and processions peacefully and without arms, subject to any reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the interests of public order or public health.

I think it is enough to quote to proof about the hale and hearty provisions for our constitution whether the constitution guarantees the safety and dignity of Bangladeshi citizen or not.

The law enforcement agency is responsible to safe guard the life, property and the movement of the citizens.

In contrast to the reality of the constitution, 14 party's blockade program conflicted with the constitutional norm such as force and intimidation for the staying at home all around Bangladesh .

In this circumstance, the law enforcing agency, even the elite force RAB did little in the last AL blockade program to make the street safer in order to move to and fro in Dhaka as well as across the country.

While I visited different spots during blockade by Awami league, I saw the workers of the party threw bricks and attacked to the public transports to hinder the movement of the citizen. On the other hand, where there was no AL workers available, for instance, in Dhaka- Airport road, Gabtoli – Farmgate route etc; bus carried the passengers and a lot of people came to the streets bound for the working places. Since the main bus depot for the internal route at Pallabi, Sydabad and Mohammadpur,Tongi- were forcefully stopped, could not be merited it as a successful political program. Last time, on the eve of blockade, Awami League's activists attacked one bus conductor Babu Molla at Mirpur in Dhaka and died instantly. In the same way, Awami atrocities and mysterious police role dipped the general citizens in trouble. Intimidation with the stones can no longer be assessed as constitutional, in other word, a legitimate political program, to a certain extent; it can be termed as terrorism.

Country's position is indisputably atop ; no political party has the right to cross the constitutional boundary. Safety first .

OUR BELIEF MUST NOT BE TERMINATED BY FORCE FOR THE NATIONAL PROGRESS

Bangladesh was liberated from Pakistan on 16th December 1971. Since then Bangladesh was divided in to two groups. One side, which supported to quit from Pakistan, on the other hand, who did not. The Former thought that by liberating from Pakistan we shall be able to up hold our dignity while the later thought, in these circumstances, if we receive the assistance from India and other countries, our dignity might not be restored. Interestingly, the assessment of the former proved right and we were wounded by the helper who helped to liberate our country in the following years of the liberation.  Consequently, the vote bank of the former plunged in to pitiable mark. While the Awami League, who demanded the absolute credit for the liberation war, received vote 74% in the election in 1970, plummeted the reserve in the election 2001 only 40.21%. This is the clear sign of loosing the credibility. As soon as the real face of secularism emerged from the party, the majority peoples became frustrated and were trying to popularize the Islamic parties as well as the nationalists. This transformation of the politics, made Awami league more drastic resulting the party taking war like programme. We know that on 28th October 2006 Awami Supporters attacked and killed Jamat and Sibir workers and leaders, most of the victims were born after liberation war, proved Awami League’s intolerance towards Islamic principality-the party supporters and workers and leaders believe.
In this circumstance, in question to the safeguard to the Islamic principles, no way to be indolently sitting.
We need to be united so that our Islamic principles shall not to be terminated by the ‘logi-boitha’. May Allah help us.
