Chatra League's Terrorists tempered tender for Shisimpur project: Bidder insulted at SA premise.

Today When I was coming back from Bangladesh Shishu Academy office at Ramna in Dhaka, an act of terrorism was committed at the academy compound by Chatra League terrorists in front of Police. A bidder of GGB, a company dropped tender for job of Shisiumpur, was physically insulted in front of the gate of academy canteen. A group of man allegedly involved to Chatra League beat a bidder of GGB Company who dropped tender for the jobs of Shisiumpur project, implemented by Bangladesh Shishu Academy. The man reported to be the bidder of GGB Company of Paribag, Dhaka was forcibly written a statement to be abstained from participating in the bid. This seen was personally seen by this reviewer inside the canteen of the academy. In front of the police officer such a tamper was committed and no action has been taken to stop them in committing such act of terrorism. On 23 January, 2012 at about 2:30 PM, as soon as I left the administrative building of the Academy, dozens of young guys had grounded a old aged bidder beating, slapping and scolding for participation in the tender process since as per the statement of them his participation has hindred the preference to the students of Dhaka University, a hooligan of the party chanted. After relentless torture, the victim was thereafter taken in the canteen of the Academy and further threatened to withdraw the tender. A guy of the same group repeatedly declaring themselves as Chatra Lleague leaders made him bound to write an statement addressing to the project director of Shisuimpur Project underlining that the company- GGB was mistakenly dropped the tender and afterwards they requested to withdraw the tender document. After writing the statement, the man was just directed to sign on the application on point of threat and intimidation which should have been accompanied by the tender document and obtainable from the office. The man was helplessly pleaded to be escaped from and said that his boss was also belonged to Chatra League. After that, a dwarf man belonged to the same vandal threatened, “ Why did you go to Ministry today? Do you know that this is the area of Dhaka University and we are Chatra League?” During such exchange of fiery words, a police officer, haviing incharge to the area with riot police, simply listened and did not take any action also clarify that adminstration is also tempered by the misdirection of the ruling student association that ought to look after the student affairs under the framework of the laws, it is not their duty to act as a muscleman to tember the tendering process which is also againt the Public Procurement Act. After the incident, one leader directed to a man to pay ten thousand taka to few students who came along with them and gurded them. Is this the face of student politics of Bangladesh?
Although the incident at Bangladesh Shishu Academy was not a single incident of Bangladesh Chatra League, such a meddling in the tendering process has been committed by the same every now and then in the face of law and enforcing agencies all around the country. Paper cuttings, video footages and reports and FIR in the Police Station are enough to support the claim.
In this regard, I want to clearly mention that I did not or do not know any person of the GGB Company aforesaid, however, it is my duty to disclose the fact about the activities so committed by the same group, was an act of terrorism and that goes against the humanity. And to do that job, if I am not protected by the law and enforcing agencies, than it must prove that state mechanism has been totally failed to protect the citizen as well as guarding the humanity.
As far as I am concerned, I have submitted the sample of translation job in the project undertaken by Shishu Academy for that have to go today there. But I am waiting for their reply whether I shall get any job. However, neither I brought any terrorists of Chatra league nor did any recommendation of powerful guys which may badly influence the process.
I am helpless and being an ordinary citizen I just begged for job. After initial assessment, Sujan Bikash Barua, the Program officer of Bangladesh Shishu Academy approved my job last month and assured to offer me further job. Whereas I requested to Md. Amir Hossain Khan, Assistant Director about the translation job few months back. He simply denied and no cooperation was further obtained. Few months back when I talked about the matter with Sujan Bikash Barua (Program Officer) at his office room, he assured me to give me job as such jobs are available in the academy. He further added that I might get subject to the condition of being approved. As per his commitment, my job was approved and I am now waiting to be paid 5 thousand taka as gratis. But no further job has yet to be offered. Even the cheque has not yet been prepared as it shall be available once the whole job shall be finished. Within such irregularity, I have not become impatient and am waiting to get their outcome about what they will do to eliminate my financial problem.
As per the constitutional ground, the Government can not discriminate to any person on the ground of belief; rather she must comply with the standard so that the fit persons may be involved in the process of development of the country. I have been contacting with Bangla Academy, Nazrul Academy, Islamic Foundation of Bangladesh, Shilpokola Academy, UNESCO, UNICEF, World Bank and ADB whether any translation jobs might be got for years, unfortunately, so far it has been tipped offf- budgets allotted in this head, have been misappropriated and no equal treatment has yet to be offered by them. I have been doing some job from Banglapedia Trust under Asiatic Society, but due to the interference of an unknown interest group, I have been deprived of getting regular job. In such an influx of deprivation, I am patiently waiting and hoping some change in the country to be made which may eliminate my economic hardship. However, I have not hired Chatra League Cadre to temper any process of making my fortune better. Today's incident has confirmed me that force is the tool to win over the opponent in Bangladesh which a good citizen can not deserve. Furthermore, I have been confirmed that the killing within the factions of Chatra league is nothing but to deal with the tools of income illegally and forcibly other than to look after the citizens should get the bless of the state without having been licked the feet of the hooligans. For this purpose the student wing so attached with Bangladesh Awami League is, in fact, a back to commit vandalism and terrorism. News related to misdeeds of Chatra League so published in the newspaper frequently and the horrific incident happened at Bangladesh Shishu Academy premise at Ramna today that was seen by the couple of my eyes corroborates the fact that state mechanism has been tempered by the baton, pistol, slung, threat by the political cadres of the ruling party rather than nourishing skill, good performance and a process of normality.
Instantly, no request other than to cancel and rearrange the tender process of Shishimupur Project pinpointing the perpretors so involved in such a crime, since the onus of such ambiguous tendering process shall be finally delegeted on the shoulder of the academy itself . Unless doing so, I shall be bound to say that present Government is not fairly treating to the citizens which it is commited to do as per section 19 (1) of the Constitution of Bangladesh. [(19 (1) The State shall endeavour to ensure equality of opportunity to all citizens. ]
Lastly I am to say if such misrule is lead to be happened, the public shall welcome if any change is happened by any other means.
