Saudi Binladin Group can't be sued for 9/11 compensation

NEW YORK: The Saudi Binladin Group, founded in the 1930s, cannot be sued for damages over the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, a US judge has ruled.

Manhattan federal court judge George Daniels ruled against plaintiffs who said the Saudi Binladin Group, one of the largest construction firms in the Kingdom, helped fund militant activities leading up to the 2001 attacks.

The move dismisses claims against the Binladin Group in six different lawsuits in which survivors, relatives and others are seeking damages from defendants they accuse of aiding the attacks.

The judge ruled that the Binladin Group's “alleged support of Osama Bin Laden before 1993 is too temporally remote to establish jurisdiction.”

Any activity a subsidiary of the Binladin Group may have had in the US  prior to the Sept. 11 attacks, was also too thin to justify jurisdiction over it, the judge ruled.

TURKISH GOVERNMENT TO RETURN SEIZED PROPERTY TO RELIGIOUS MINORITIES

ANKARA , Turkey — The Turkish government said it would return hundreds of properties that were confiscated from religious minorities by the state or other parties over the years since 1936, and would pay compensation for properties that were seized and later sold. Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan made the announcement on Sunday to representatives of more than 150 Christian and Jewish trusts gathered at a dinner he hosted in Istanbul to break the day’s Ramadan fast. The government decree to return the properties, bypassing nationalist opposition in Parliament, was issued late Saturday. The European Union, which Turkey has applied to join, has pressed the country to ease or eliminate laws and policies that discriminate against non-Muslim religious groups, including restrictions on land ownership. Many of the properties, including schools, hospitals, orphanages and cemeteries, were seized after 1936 when trusts were called to list their assets, and in 1974 a separate ruling banned the groups from purchasing any new real estate.
Disputes over the groups’ properties have tied up Turkish and European courts for decades, and the European Court for Human Rights has ordered Turkey to pay compensation in several cases related to religious minority rights in recent years.
“Like everyone else, we also do know about the injustices that different religious groups have been subjected to because of their differences,” Mr. Erdogan said at the dinner, according to the semiofficial Anatolian News Agency. “Times that a citizen of ours would be oppressed due to his religion, ethnic origin or different way of life are over.”
In contrast with its staunchly secular predecessors, the Islam-inspired government of Mr. Erdogan’s Justice and Development Party, known as A.K.P., has been more sympathetic and attentive to Turkey ’s non-Muslims, including Jews and Christians. It has enacted a number of measures since 2002 to bring Turkish law more into compliance with European Union standards on minority rights, so that Turkey ’s application to join the union could advance.
The decree issued on Saturday removed legal impediments that had continued to block the return of the properties even after amendments were enacted in recent years to allow it.
“There have been changes made to existent legislation at least five times since the government of the A.K. Party, but they have not been very satisfactory in practice,” said a Greek government official who asked not to be identified because of his diplomatic position. “We hope this time the changes would make a real difference in implementation.”
Less than 1 percent of Turkey ’s 74 million people belong to religious minorities; there are about 120,000 Christians of different denominations, including Greek Orthodox, and about 25,000 Jews.

London riots caused by 'culture of defeat,' says geographer

London, Aug 11, IRNA – The riots in England were not completely unexpected but were caused partly by a 'culture of defeat' among youths and others without life opportunities, according to British architect and archaeologist Nicholas Wood. Wood, who is a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, suggested that the economic crisis, the destruction of traditional British industries and examples “greed and double-cross” set by politicians and the government were also factors. “The division between rich and poor became greater every year. It is not helped by the rise of global capitalism, often American, buying up British Companies and transferring the workload abroad, nor by British companies buying from China at rock bottom prices,” he told IRNA. English cities were relatively quieter overnight Wednesday due to a change in the weather to heavy rain and many more police on the streets after four days of witnessing the worst rioting in living memory. Wood traced the virtual destruction of coal mining, steel and shipbuilding in the 1980s at a time when the power base of trade unions as a root cause of the unrest. Two decades later, the division of rich and poor was made worse under New Labour and Tony Blair, when he “courted capitalism, encouraging personal debt, and allowed banks to print and transfer money which did not exist,” he said. “This eventually resulted in the financial crisis which is still with us. Banks were bailed out by massive injections of taxpayers' money,” he recalled. The geographer pointed out that the banks did not become state owned nor change their behaviours but continued to give themselves huge bonus payments coupled with tax avoidance schemes. “The blackmail threat to the British people was that 'if you don't like what we are doing, we will take our business to Singapore or Hong Kong, and then where will you be?'” he told IRNA. “No coal, no steel, no gas no banks, no chocolate. Public anger grew at this double cross,” said Wood, who also cited another “two swindles by British politicians.” “Firstly Members of Parliament were giving themselves, on top of their salaries, large expenses claims of thousands of pounds for second homes that did not exist, garden ornaments and television sets.” “The second swindle came a few months later. In 2010, an election of a coalition party that said it would abolish university fees, but when it came to power actually trebled the annual fee to £9,000,” he said. The huge increase in tuition fees and removal of education grants led to huge student demonstrations last November and December but who were met by riot police 'kettling' them for hours without food, water or sanitation in freezing weather. “Children got the message. They were being treated, not as someone to love and cherish, but as scum,” Wood said about the way the increase was rushed through parliament as students were held outside. He believed that there was a further ingredient to the unrest in that the way the young and often very poor attain little from education and become an underclass while the more educated children also find there are no jobs available to them. The so-called “lost generation' has been accompanied by “a huge, mostly unseen, growth in teenage gangs, especially in the poor areas of major cities. “With the cuts to combat the economic crisis, even the few outlets of youth clubs and playing areas are being axed. This has also led in some areas to a culture of defeat.” Wood said, The resulting culture, often involving drugs and violence, has been formed into gangs wielding knives and guns “in the shabby blocks of concrete flats of London,” he said. As an architect and archaeologist, he suggested that these young people “never see a cow or a sheep or waving corn fields, but live in an atmosphere of violence and an ugly landscape of concrete and tarmac.” “At school they are told they must pass exams in writing and English to obtain a job, but find these jobs are already taken by Eastern Europeans who cannot speak or write a word of English, but who are strong and cheap to employ and housed in mobile boxes,” Wood said. “Some feel it is futile to seek work, when it is possible to earn a hundred pounds selling a packet of crack cocaine mixed with chalk,” he suggested.

Neither the truth nor the fact has caused to show the real face of perpetrators. The event on 11 September in 2001 is so mysterious that it is hard to believe who the real proprietor of it was. The media has echoed the slogan of the USA administration that it was the act of a white-black bearded man belonged to Torabora and in support of this no conclusive evidence was supported and we had to remain unknown about intensity of such a horrible task may culminated when USA was and is the most secured and protected country in the world. When Ahmedinejad, the Present of the Islamic Republic of Iran, claimed that it was the act of the administration of the USA , it was the representative of the USA along with its other allies had boycotted the session of UN, while they did not provide then why the allegation of him was wrong.

Hence the truth loving peoples did not get overwhelmed about the fact that some thing is wrong and since no conclusive evidence about the allegation of any particular alien person live in the cave was provided we are in doubt. Once Douglas Hard, the Prime Minister of the UK vowed that no Islamic State in Europe should be allowed and as per the plan hundreds of innocent Bosnian Muslims had to die under very pathetic condition by the Barbaric Serbian soldiers led by Milosevic. Both of them died all on a sudden and none had the chance to spill out the fact before the light. Because darkness has circled the light and it is the time when the dark will disappear and the truth shall come alive. The sooner, the better.

 

FM spokesman: Bin Laden's death leaves no excuse for foreign troops to stay in region

Tehran, May 2, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said on Monday that with Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden's death there will remain no excuse for foreigners to send troops to the region to fight terrorism.

“The Islamic Republic of Iran believes that foreign countries now have no excuse for military buildup in the region to fight terrorism,” said Mehmanparast on Monday in reaction to news on Bin Laden's killing by US troops.
He said, “We hope the event will put an end to war, bloodshed and killing of innocent people and will lead to restoration of peace and tranquility to the region.”
As major victim of terrorism, the Islamic Republic of Iran condemns any sort of terrorist acts including those being committed by the Zionist reegime in any part of the world, he said.

 

 

DOES UN TREAT FAIRLY?

The controversy in regards to the fair role of the UN has been mounted when different treatment of the organization has been clearly evident by the concerned peoples. The dual role of it has sparked off such skepticism. Microscopic corroboration of East Timor, South Sudan and Jammu and Kashmir have enumerated much doubt because of the reality that while East Timor and South Sudan could be liberated by the patron of the UN why it could not be for Kashmir. It is the irony of the fate that they even could not get the opportunity to cast vote “Plebiscite”) which was supposed to be arranged within last fifty years. By this time, the lives which were spared by Indian forces have not got any sense.

The conscious quarter has confirmed that East Timor and South Sudan have been amputated as those two states hold Christian population within the heartland of Muslim land. Besides, the religious dogmatism, mineral aspiration has invoked the UN very proactive to move there. In the South Thailand, Arakan in Burma may be brought as an instance to be confirmed that since they are Muslim, it does not bother the UN. Religion and mineral have become the indicators of the UN wherever they will move further.

In addition, the extermination of innocent civilian Bangladeshis by Indian Border Security Force (BSF) in the border area has not bothered the UN yet.

By the by, the terms of the following resolution of 5 January, 1949 regarding Kashmir made by the UN have not been executed, however, thousands of the innocent Kashmiris have been murdered by the Indian Security Forces which may be called as the state sponsored terrorism.

Question is: which lives are valuable to the UN?

UN RESOLUTION REGARDING KASHMIR

“5 JANUARY RESOLUTION

B. RESOLUTION ADOPTED AT THE MEETING OF THE UNITED NATIONS COMMISSION FOR INDIA AND PAKISTAN ON 5 JANUARY, 1949. (DOCUMENT NO. S/l 196, PARA . 15, DATED THE 10TH JANUARY, 1949).

THE UNITED NATIONS COMMISSION FOR INDIA AND PAKISTAN ,

Having received from the Governments of India and Pakistan in Communications, dated December 23 and December 25, 1948, respectively their acceptance of the following principles which are supplementary to the Commission's Resolution of August 13, 1948;

1. The question of the accession of the State of Jammu and Kashmir to India or Pakistan will be decided through the democratic method of a free and impartial plebiscite;

2. A plebiscite will be held when it shall be found by the Commission that the cease-fire and truce arrangements set forth in Paris I and H of the Commission's resolution of 13 August 1948, have been carried out and arrangements for the plebiscite have been completed;

3. (a) The Secretary-General of the United Nations will, in agreement with the commission, nominate a Plebiscite Administrator who shall be a personality of high international standing and commanding general confidence. He will be formally appointed to office by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir .

(b) The Plebiscite Administrator shall derive from the State of Jammu and Kashmir the powers he considers necessary for organizing and conducting the plebiscite and for ensuring the freedom and impartiality of the plebiscite.

(c) The Plebiscite Administrator shall have authority to appoint such staff or assistants and observers as he may require.

4. (a) After implementation of Parts I and II of the Commission's resolution of 13 August 1948, and when the Commission is satisfied that peaceful conditions have been restored in the State, the Commission and the Plebiscite Administrator will determine, in consultation with the Government of India, the final disposal of Indian and State armed forces, such disposal to be with due regard to the security of the Slate and the freedom of the plebiscite.

(b) As regards the territory referred to in A 2 of Pan II of the resolution of 13 August, final disposal of the armed forces in that territory will be determined by the Commission and the Plebiscite Administrator in consultation with the local authorities,

5. All civil and military authorities within the State and the principal political elements of the State will be required 10 co-operate with the Plebiscite Administrator in the preparation for and the holding of the plebiscite.

6. (a) All citizens of the State who have left it on account of the disturbances will be invited and be free to return and to exercise all their rights as such citizens. For the purpose of facilitating repatriation there shall be appointed two Commissions, one composed of nominees of India and the other of nominees of Pakistan ,

The Commissions shall operate under the direction of the Plebiscite Administrator. The Governments of India and Pakistan and all authorities within the State of Jammu and Kashmir will collaborate with the Plebiscite Administrator in putting this provision to effect.

(b) All persons (other than citizens of the State) who on or since 15 August 1947, have entered it for other than lawful purpose, shall be required to leave the State.

7. All authorities within the State of Jammu and Kashmir will undertake to ensure in collaboration with the Plebiscite Administrator that:

(a) There is no threat, coercion or intimidation, bribery or other undue influence on the voters in plebiscite;

(b) No restrictions are placed on legitimate political activity throughout the State. All subjects of the Slate, regardless of creed, caste or party, shall be safe and free in expressing their views and in voting on the question of the accession of the State to India or Pakistan . There shall be freedom of the Press, speech and assembly and freedom of [ravel in the Slate, including freedom of lawful entry and exit;

(c) All political prisoners are released;

(d) Minorities in all parts of the State are accorded adequate protection; and

(e) There is no victimization.

8. The Plebiscite Administrator may refer to the United Nations Commission for India and Pakistan problems on which he may require assistance, and the Commission may in its discretion call upon the Plebiscite Administrator to carry out on its behalf any of the responsibilities with which it has been entrusted;

9. At the conclusion of the plebiscite, the Plebiscite Administrator shall report the result thereof to the Commission and 10 the Government of Jammu and Kashmir . The Commission shall then certify to the Security Council whether the Plebiscite has or has not been free and impartial;

10. Upon the signature of the truce agreement the details of the foregoing proposals will be elaborated in the consultation envisaged in Part HI of the Commission's resolution of 13 August 194.8. The Plebiscite Administrator will be fully associated in these consultations;

Commends the Governments of India and Pakistan for their prompt action in ordering a cease-fire to take effect from one minute before midnight of first January 1949, pursuant to the agreement arrived at as provided for by the Commission's resolution of 13 August 1948; and Resolves to return in the immediate future to the sub-continent to discharge t he responsibilities imposed upon it by the resolution of 13 August 1948, and by the foregoing principles.”

C.

To sum, after going through the resolution it is easily evident that UN should be proactive to arrange plebiscite, since it did not react, it can be concluded that the UN does not fairly treat and thus depending on its blessing shall be a big hoax.

Mossad's Most Dastardly (Alleged) Plots

 

From Munich to the Mabhouh assassination, the secretive Israeli intelligence agency has pulled off some pretty elaborate operations in its time. But lately, Middle Eastern media outlets and politicians have been getting a bit carried away.

THE VULTURES OF ZION

Country:   Saudi Arabia

The plot:   Israeli scientists are training vultures to spy on Arab countries.  

The evidence:   This week, Saudi Arabian security forces took into   custody   a live vulture who was found near the rural town of Hayel wearing a bracelet marked " Tel Aviv University ." While Israeli scientists say the bird was part of a migration study, local residents told the Saudi media that it was most likely part of a "Zionist plot." Speculation then took off on Saudi websites that Israeli intelligence was training the birds as part of an espionage mission.

Researchers at Tel Aviv University   say   that a number of the tagged vultures have reached Saudi Arabia since the study began. Most are now presumed dead, but one bird is still flying around the country -- no doubt gathering vital intelligence for the Zionist entity -- and thus far, the captured "R65" has shown no willingness to give up his comrade.

JERUSALEM JAWS

Country:   Egypt

The plot:   Mossad set sharks loose in the Red Sea to destroy Egypt 's tourist industry.

The evidence:   Ever since noted Zionist director Steven Spielberg released   Jaws   in 1975, nothing has been able to put a damper on a tourist season faster than a shark on the loose. That's exactly what happened this winter when five swimmers were attacked (one fatally) by a shark on Egypt 's Red Sea coast near Sharm El Sheik, a popular tourist destination.

As if that wasn't enough, some expected this might not be an ordinary shark. Speaking on the popular television program   Egypt Today , an expert identified as "Captain Mustafa Ismail, a famous diver in Sharm el-Sheikh,"   claimed that ocean sharks don't naturally live off of Egypt 's coast and that someone must have introduced them to those waters. Ismail claimed that a diver friend in the Israeli resort city of Eilat had recently found a small shark with a GPS tag on its back, indicating that it was being sent to infiltrate the Egyptian coastline.

The governor of Egypt 's South Sinai region added fuel to the fire,   saying , "What is being said about the Mossad throwing the deadly shark in the sea to hit tourism in Egypt is not out of the question. But it needs time to confirm."

However, Egyptian marine biologists   dismissed the reports , saying it was "sad" that state television had helped spread the conspiracy theory. As for the shark itself, another (dubious) press report several days later suggested it was   killed by   a drunken Serbian tourist who landed on its head after cannonball into the water from a diving board.

MACCABEE METAL

COUNTRY:   Turkey

The plot:   Mossad stages a headbanger's ball featuring German shock-rockers to embarrass Turks.

The evidence:   The 2010 Sonisphere festival in Istanbul was a dream comes true for Turkish metal heads, featuring performances from the likes of Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, Anthrax, and Rammstein. But unfortunately, because of the festival's sponsorship and timing, what should have been an innocent celebration of power chords and screeching vocals became a   political flashpoint .

The concert took place the same month as the Gaza flotilla raid, in which nine Turkish activists were killed. Moreover, the concert was organized by the German-based company Purple Concerts, which is run by Israelis.   An article   in the Turkish daily   Vakit   sensed the hand of Mossad, arguing that the concert "means to make fun of our citizens who lost their lives at the hands of the Israeli government."

In particular, the article objected to the serving of alcohol at the event and the presence of the German band Rammstein, which, according to the paper, "encourage[s] violence, masochism, homosexuality and other perversities." (Because nothing says Zionist conspiracy like angry Germans screaming in front of a big crowd.) Never mind that the Sonisphere tour was also unleashing these same perversities on 10 other countries in 2010.

THE SOCIAL (SPY) NETWORK

Country:   Iran

The plot:   Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is an asset of Western intelligence agencies, passing information on to the U.S. and Israeli governments and plotting to destabilize the Islamic Republic.

The evidence:   The recent Hollywood film   The Social Network   suggests that Zuckerberg's frustration over a college breakup led to his creation of Facebook. But according to an   Iranian TV segment   that went viral online in November, he had far more sinister motives. The producers did their homework. They note, "According to a report on the website   brainz.org , which belongs to the American government, [Zuckerberg] is originally a Jew." The video argues that the real purpose of Facebook is "locating people to engage in special operations for Western intelligence agencies." A photo shopped, nonexistent article from Britain's   Independent   newspaper is also cited, claiming that "Facebook is an Israeli spying web site which has a duty to atract [sic] spies in favor of Israel and the U.S."

Given the attention lavished on Facebook's role in the 2009 Iranian election protests, it's not surprising that Zuckerberg would attract some attention from conspiracy theorists in Tehran . But Zuckerberg also received some unwanted attention in Pakistan this year, when a prosecutor launched a   blasphemy investigation   against him for allowing cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed to be hosted on Facebook. The site was also briefly blocked in the country. The cartoons are still on the site.

CAPTAIN UNDERPANTS: AGENT OF ISRAEL

Country:   Iran

The plot:   Mossad agents, in cooperation with India 's Research and Analysis Wing arranged Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab's attempted Christmas Day plane bombing in 2009.

The evidence:   According to   a report   on Iran 's state-owned Press TV, an Israeli security company arranged for Abdulmutallab to board a plane in Amsterdam without a passport. An "Indian man" was evidently instrumental in arranging Abdulmutallab's passage, which is no surprise since " Israel and India are very close business partners, especially via their military contracts." Once onboard the plane, according to the account, another passenger spent the entire flight filming Abdulmutallab, even after he tried to ignite his crotch rocket.

The report, citing the Mathaba news agency, also posits that Abdulmutallab's home country of Nigeria is "clandestinely controlled by the Israeli army and Mossad" and quotes noted "military analyst and counterinsurgency specialist Gordon Duff, " (who   also believes   that WikiLeaks is an Israeli plot) opining that Yemen, where the would-be bomber reportedly trained, has no al Qaeda presence aside from "phony operatives" released by former U.S. President George W. Bush from Guantánamo.

Why arrange for such a plot? The article suggests the goal was to spread "Orwellian-style trauma and project Yemen , as well as the African continent, [as] the brand-new focus of the American so-called 'war on terror.'" But why Israel and India would want to focus U.S. attention on Yemen and Nigeria rather than on the Palestinians and Pakistan is a little unclear.

Thousands march in London against Afghan war

London, Nov 20, IRNA -- Thousands of peace campaigners gathered in central London Saturday to call for the end of the 9-year war in Afghanistan , saying it was “time to go.”

“The war in Afghanistan is now just about saving face,” said Andrew Murray, the national chair of the Stop the War Coalition (SWTC), coordinating the national march.  

“There is the absurdity of the £5bn or so being spent (by Britain ) every year on a conflict that almost every serious observer in London or Washington now regards as all but hopeless,” Murray said.  

“Perhaps this would all seem a price worth paying were it a war that had a purpose commanding supports. But few can now credit the argument that the Taliban need to be fought in Helmand ,” he said.  

Contrary to the British government's claim, he said that “not a single terrorist plot launched against this country – nor one thwarted or even alleged – has had any roots in Afghanistan .”  

The national march comes as the war enters its 10 the year and as Nato leaders were meeting in Lisbon to endorse a new exit strategy based upon ending combat operation in Afghanistan by 2014.  

But the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND), a main organiser of the London protest, warned of further wasted deaths by the delay in pulling out.

NBC News, 16 September 2010 : Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says there is no hate between Muslims and Americans despite an apparent escalation in tensions fueled by controversies over a proposed mosque near ground zero in New York and a plan by a Florida pastor to burn Qurans.

"People (in Islamic countries) are against that ugly behavior," he said in an exclusive interview with NBC News' Andrea Mitchell. "They are not against the people of the United States . They are not against Americans, they are not against Jews. They are not against Christians or Christianity."

Protests erupted around the world denouncing the United States after a small Florida church had threatened to burn the Quran on the Sept. 11 anniversary, marking the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center towers in New York .

Although that church backed down, several copycat burnings were posted on the Internet and broadcast in the Muslim world. The controversy around the Quran burning has been heightened amid plans to build a Islamic cultural center and mosque near the World Trade Center site, a proposal that has drawn sharp opposition across the United States .

In the interview with Mitchell in Iran , Ahmadinejad on Wednesday denounced what he described as a "minority" in the United States seeking to foster hostility with other nations.

"Their interests lie in creating wars and conflicts," he said. "Quran is a heavenly book, a divine book. That was an ugly thing, to burn a holy book. That is a desecration to billions of believers and people in the world."

Yet Ahmadinejad also spoke out generally against U.S. policy to Iran since the 1979 revolution that overthrew the country's monarchy. Since then, the two nations have had no official relationship, a divide widened amid concerns about Iran 's nuclear program and its human rights record.

And he accused Zionists of preventing Obama from improving relations with Iran .

"We think maybe President Obama wants to do something, but there are pressures — pressure groups in the United States who do not allow him to do so," he said.

Yet Ahmadinejad was also adamant that he would not yield to pressure from the United States over what he maintains is a peaceful nuclear program, which has aggravated tensions and led to multiple Security Council sanctions.

"Our nation does not need the United States whatsoever," he said, rebuffing the idea that his people are suffering under the sanctions, which limit commercial and financial exchanges.  "Even if the U.S. administration  increases the sanctions and — 100 times more, and even the Europeans join the United States to impose heavier sanctions, we in Iran are in a position to meet our own requirements."

At the meeting next week of the U.N. General Assembly, Ahmadinejad said he would again reiterate its position that Iran 's nuclear program is only for peaceful purposes.

" Iran is against the development of a nuclear bomb," he said. "We also asked for a global nuclear disarmament."

The atrocity conducted by the Israeli Military has been pointed out by the UN report that was announced by the UN Chief Ban ki Moon.The report's summary accused the Israeli army of "varying degrees of negligence or recklessness with regard to United Nations premises and to the safety of UN staff and other civilians within those premises, with consequent deaths, injuries and extensive physical damage and loss of property."

Ban said at a news conference on Tuesday 5 th may 2009, that the aim of the report, which is not legally binding, was to establish " a clear record of the facts" surrounding incidents involving UN premises and personnel.

A total of 53 installations used by the United Nations Relief and Works agency (UNRWA) were damaged or destroyed during Israel 's Gaza campaign, including 37 schools - six of which were being used as emergency shelters - six health centers, and two warehouses, the UN agency said.

The report said the UN would seek reparations for damages from Israel  and meet the Israeli government.Israel 's 22-day war on Gaza left more than 1,400 Palestinians dead, including around 400 children,  Gaza health officials said, along with 13 Israelis. Much of the coastal territory was also left in ruins.

On the other hand, the Israeli president insisted that his country has cooperated fully with the UN enquiry team and but conceded that "we made some mistakes”. Shimon Peres, the Israeli president, has condemned a UN investigation into attacks on its facilities in Gaza as "outrageous" and "one-sided". Although he denounced the UN report but he has to confess the reality that some mistakes have been done by Israeli military in Gaza . The truth has been revealed and Israel could not conceal her recklessness, However, the UN report failed to mention Israeli atrocity as ‘War Criminality' and to present any plan to arrange them under trial for the war crimes since different walks of people demanded the same . We support Palestinian and may Allah help them.

The immense military and civilian loss, during and after World War II, often gets buried under the constant reference to Non-Semite European Jewish Holocaust and search for Nazis around the world.  At least 55 million people died, 25 million of those military and 30 million civilians, during World War II, along with 5 million plus Jews (mostly ancient Semite Hebrews) who made Europe home following 70 AD persecution in and evictions from Israel !

Former Soviet Union , USSR , suffered the most with more than 13,000,000 military and 7,000,000 civilian deaths. China was the second who suffered 3,500,000 military and 10,000,000 civilian deaths. Germany was the third with 3,500,000 military and 3,800,000 civilian deaths. Poland lost 120,000 military and 5,300,000 civilian. Japan lost 1,700,000 military and 380,000 civilian. Yugoslavia lost 300,000 military and 1,300,000 civilian. Romania lost 200,000 military and 465,000 civilian. France lost 250,000 military and 360,000 civilians. Of the 405,399 Americans that lost their lives during World War II, there were 78,976 missing in Action.  It was the Americans who suffered the least number of civilian deaths. A rough consensus has been reached on the total cost of the World War II. In terms of money spent, it has been put at more than $1 trillion!  Just imagine what a better place the world could have been if that money was spent for overall human welfare instead of enriching the Monarchist supremacist desires !  The true cost of the war is still unknown. The Soviet government calculated that the USSR lost 30 percent of its national wealth, while Nazi/Zionist executions and looting were of incalculable amounts in the occupied countries. The full cost to Japan has been estimated at $562 billion. In Germany , allied bombing and shelling had produced 4 billion cu m (5 billion cu yd) of rubble.   Of course, this does not include the pollution and associated long-term harm done to the world atmosphere and weather.  Also, this does not include the overall loss of animals, birds, forests, and plants.

Iraq was invaded illegally despite it obeyed most UN resolutions as well as accepted independent UN inspectors from countries including Britain and US. knowing well some of them were covert CIA/British/Mossad agents whose only aims were to destroy Iraq and its ancient culture – even manufacturing and spreading lies . Finally, we must not ignore that Israel , not Iraq /Iran/ North Korea , is the most UN resolutions violator – even denying UN inspectors during Jenine massacre and overall destruction of the UN supervised land of democratic Palestine .  Israel violated UN resolutions since 1967 challenging its authority and ignoring all international call for peace.  The worst is that Israel is now provoking non-democratically installed NEOCONS dominated George Bush administration to attack Iran unilaterally based on speculated fear from Iran 's much needed domestic Nuclear Power Generation.

At the last sermon of our Prophet Muhammad (SM) ordered his followers to firm on Al Quarana and his Sunnah , what else

We see. Most of the suspicious followers of Islam try to avoid the Quaran skillfully. Allah said that Al Quaran was revealed in a simple language and the hypocrite argues with the verses , those were obscured , but the obscurity was Allah's revelation , but the verses those are easy enough to understand may set us free from deprivation . I am sure there is no Hadith and verse in the Quaran at all in support to their claim. Another group belongs to Majar Committee. They call them as the Tasauf follower. They propagate that tasauf is one of the pillar of Islam. But they are the same party who little say about Al-Quaran. Around their Majar lots of forbidden task fr instance sijda to the tomb of the dead man. (For instance, High Court Mazar in Dhaka and Shah Ali Mazar at Mirpur) Even you may find lots of prostitutes, drug addicts etc. like the priest of Hindu temple in India and as well as other parts of the world who use their temples as the source of income by narcotics, hem, and arranging women trade . Once I was talking Mr. Abdul Hai, a Dhaka University Student of Bengali Literature, told me that one poet acronym by ‘AC' was, once in charge of Majar (tomb) under the direct supervision of RAW, Indian intelligence service, I did not get further information. However, I believed in that statement, since, circling Majar or tomb of holy men some suspicious activities go on which clearly violate the principles of Allah and Muhammad (SM). Again I saw a picture at Patuatuli, sadarghat in Old Dhaka. The shop owner was a Hindu, but he was hanging a picture of the tomb of Azmer Sharif's Khaja Moinuddin Chsti (RA) circling around a flower wreath. Beside that he was hanging a picture of one Hindu Devi. So I was doubted. Later I was sure it is one of the best grafted conspiracy against the Muslim community. Moinuddin Chisti had to fight against the Hindu arrogant King, Hazrat Shah Jalal (RA) of Sylhet , Hazrat Khan Jahan Ali ( RA) and many other tombs of these persons had to engage jihad with the arrogant Hindu Kings to freed the local people from caste system and all other deprivation. But to wipe their glorious military role a group skillfully misrepresented the history. In the last hajj sermon of Muhammad (SM), he commanded to hold two things: Al Quaran and Hadith and mentioned that by holding these two gifts no Muslim would be misguided. Even the above mentioned manipulated two groups among the Muslim often silent that when Muhammad (SM) conquered Mecca after establishing Islamic state in Medina the sura had been revealed mentioning that Islam had been fulfilled . That is meant unless establishing an Islamic State, Islam can no longer be fulfilled. This command is also applicable to the follower of Muhammad (SM) till today – up to day of resurrection. More interesting that the group who advocates establishing Islamic State and trying to do so are the worst sufferer and oppressed. The Isareli air strikes in the Gaza killed at least 16 Palestinians, including six children; a few hours after killing threaten. IslamOnline. Palestinian sources said.The kids, three from the same family, were playing football when an Israeli missile struck at them.

Another boy wounded in the same strike, a 12-year-old neighbor, died later f his wounds, hospital officials said.Another 12-year-old boy died of wounds sustained in a Gaza raid the previous day, and a shepherd was killed in northern Gaza .Israel carried out at least 11 air strikes in northern and central Gaza using US-made F-16 warplanes, Apache helicopters and locally developed drones. A missile strike on a vehicle in the heart of Gaza City late Thursday killed at least two Palestinians. A raid against a police roadblock near the Gaza City home of sacked Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh in the Shati refugee camp killed one and wounded four.Another attack in northern Gaza a short while later killed a Hamas resistance activist.Earlier, Israeli aircraft struck northern Gaza , killing two Palestinians, including a Hamas fighter. A Palestinian shepherd was also killed in northern Gaza .On Thursday morning, an Israeli air strike in Gaza City killed two members of the Popular Resistance Committees and another from Hamas. In the Gaza City neighborhood of Zeitoun, an Israeli strike killed two Hamas members, including son of senior Hamas lawmaker Khalil al-Haya, who has himself survived several Israeli assassination attempts.In the West Bank, Israeli troops killed a member of the Popular Resistance Committees and another from the Fatah-linked Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades in the Balata refugee camp, on the outskirts of Nablus .Thursday's fatalities came only a few hours after Israel killed 13 Palestinians, including a toddler.

In response to the Israleli atrocities Haniya responded that the " ongoing crimes committed by the Zionist occupation" and called on Arab countries to " stop their regrettable silence and act with urgency to stop the aggression ."West bank based government mentioned it “"abominable Israeli crimes" in Gaza .Presidential spokesman Nabil Abu Rdainah said Israeli military actions " meant only one thing: the Israeli government ... aims to destroy the peace process ."The UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian refugees called on Israel " to abide by international law and exercise maximum restraint, and not to endanger civilians "." The killing of innocent children is always tragic and condemnable, " UNRWA spokesman Chris Gunness told Agence France-Presse (AFP).In Geneva , the International Committee of the Red Cross called on Israel and the Palestinians to exercise restraint.It said the escalation is causing " unacceptable distress and danger from the ongoing risk of attack ."On the other Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said whilel visiting in the Tokyo justified his crime mentioning “ fight is just beginning.” On the other hand, the US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, the main patron of the USA responded lightly said “I think that's not a good way to address this issue. The issue is that the attacks -- rocket attacks -- need to stop” .However, she by passed the issue of Israel 's illegal occupation.

I just like to remind ourselves that we need to make right decision before it is too late.  I know Bangladeshi communities in NY, CA or big states are supporting Clintons for long time.  Even it is too early to tell who will get the nomination in the Democratic Party, but we need to look at the candidate's conviction who will bring Change in USA and how our future generation in USA will get bright future.

After all the thinking and consideration, I believe Presidential candidate Barak Obama can provide exclusive benefits to USA and its image to the world.  We do not want USA to be bankrupt being in Iraq for 100 more years.  We want USA to be financially and morally high in the years to come.  I personally believe that he is the only hope and only person who can bring the change which is long over due.

I will urge all concern Bangladeshi and Bangladeshi origin people to support Barak Obama in the USA election nomination process and help him to be elected in November 2008. 

Yes, CHANGE we can believe in and HOPE we can attain.

The name of the Almighty Allah in the Arabic form is recently seen in the sky of Kashmir . The Islam online , a popular web site concerning with the Islamic issue, confirms the fact and hoists the picture which caught my attention with the assistance of one brother -Mr. Mokarram. The exert: “ We desire only to see peace restored in Kashmir and to ensure that the people of Kashmir are left free to decide in an orderly and peaceful manner the future of their state. We have no further interest, and we have agreed that plebiscite in Kashmir might take place under international auspicious after peace and order have been established .” Unfortunately we have not yet seen the initiative of the authority for the plebiscite. In that situation, when the British Ambassador's advice, here and there to the ‘election' is a double standard indeed! The betray with the Kashmir India lead to encompass arrogance which produced destruction of the Babri mosque and the Gujarat killing , even ,some sources say that in each day ,on average, two Muslims are murdered by the hands of Hindu in India.
In this situation, British Prime Minister Mr. Gordon' s arrival in India and the Israel –UK- USA-India nexus may be a red signal to the Muslims of the subcontinent .

On the context of the nexus, we, the Bangladeshis are more concerned with the effort to destabilize Bangladesh by the patron of the pointed Indian agents who are advocating arranging to the trail of the so called war criminals of 1971. We know that the war of 1971 staged here -India actively participated in taking the revenge which was confessed by the Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi : “Hajar sal se badla lela ..” (Revenge of thousand years). Is it the revenge of the Aryan? If this was and is the norm of the politics of the Subcontinent, we the Muslims of Bangladesh, too, like the Kashmir , would play differently inshallah. A SENIOR counter-terrorism officer with the Australian Federal Police has testified that police were directed to charge "as many suspects as possible" with terrorism offences in order to test the new anti-terrorism laws introduced in 2003.

The admission was made by federal agent Kemuel Lam Paktsun, the senior case officer on the Operation Newport investigation that led to the arrest of Sydney medical student Izhar Ul-Haque, whose trial was sensationally dismissed in the NSW Supreme Court yesterday.

Agent Lam Paktsun's startling testimony came during a pre-trial hearing on October 24 that has not previously been reported, when he was questioned about the circumstances of Mr Ul-Haque's arrest in April 2004."At the time we were directed, we were informed, to lay as many charges under the new terrorist legislation against as many suspects as possible because we wanted to use the new legislation ," Mr Lam Paktsun testified.

"So regardless of the assistance that Mr Ul-Haque could give, he was going to be prosecuted, charged, because we wanted to test the legislation and lay new charges, in our eagerness to use the legislation."

The frank admission was made under cross-examination during a hearing to test the admissibility of two AFP interviews conducted with Mr Ul-Haque, who was charged with receiving training from the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Toiba in January and February 2003.

The case against Ul-Haque was dismissed yesterday in the NSW Supreme Court when judge Michael Adams found the conduct of two ASIO officers who interviewed Ul-Haque prior to his formal AFP interviews had been "grossly improper and constituted an unjustified and unlawful interference with the personal liberty of the accused".

The case of the promising young medical student arrested, charged and almost tried as a would-be terrorist is the latest in a litany of failed terrorism prosecutions in which the Australian authorities' determination to obtain convictions appears to have outweighed their commitment to do so in strict accordance with the law.

Ul-Haque was a polite, studious teenager excelling in high school when his family moved from Pakistan to the middle-class Sydney suburb of Glenwood in 1999 to complete their children's education. After winning a scholarship to attend North Sydney Boys High School , Ul-Haque distinguished himself as an "outstanding student", earning a university entrance score of 99.7 per cent to gain a place in the University of NSW medical school.

"After 36 years of teaching, one can identify the gems among the young people; Izhar is one of those gems", his former principal Bernard Newsom testified in an affidavit in 2003.

But the Ul-Haque family's dream of a prosperous new life in Australia turned to disappointment in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, attacks in the US and the Bali bombings in October 2002. Amid a backlash against Muslims, Ul-Haque's father was unable to find work and returned to Pakistan . Distracted from his studies, Ul-Haque failed his second year of medicine.

In late 2002 he wrote to his family: "I'm fed up with Westerners. Western patients look at me as if I'm a frog. They don't wish to speak English to me. How can I spend five to six years with them?" Disheartened and frustrated, he was ripe for recruitment, when he was targeted by a fellow immigrant from Pakistan , Faheem Lodhi, who is appealing against a 20-year sentence handed down last year for facilitating terrorist acts.

When the older man invited him to travel to Pakistan to join the jihad, Ul-Haque readily agreed. He wrote again to his family, saying that he was planning to join LET to fight the Indian army in Kashmir and that, God willing, he would die a martyr.

Appalled by his actions, Ul-Haque's brother and father followed him to the LET camp to persuade him to come home. Ul-Haque finished the 20-day beginners' training course, which he later described as being "like kindergarten" and decided, to his family's relief, that he was "physically incapable" of being a jihadist. "I decided I wanted to be a doctor, not a fighter," Ul-Haque later told the Australian Federal Police.

When he flew back to Australia , Ul-Haque was stopped by Customs officers who found in his luggage diaries and notes recording details of his training. After a lengthy interrogation, Ul-Haque was allowed to go. LET had not been proscribed as a terrorist group at that time, and the authorities were seemingly satisfied with Ul-Haque's account of his three weeks' training.

Nothing more happened until November 2006, after the arrest and deportation of the French terrorist suspect Willie Brigitte. The Australian authorities had been left red-faced by their failure to pick up on Brigitte's presence in Australia , and were thoroughly investigating all of Brigitte's Australian contacts, including the Pakistani immigrant who had taken Ul-Haque to the LET training camp. On November 6, 2003, on his way home from university, Ul-Haque was stopped by three ASIO officers who had waited for him in a carpark near Blacktown railway station.

"You're in serious trouble", an ASIO officer code-named B15 told ul-Haque. "You need to talk to us and you need to talk to us now."

The ASIO officers interviewed Ul-Haque at length in a park near the railway station and later in his home, in a manner described by Justice Adams as intimidating, deceptive and constituting a "gross breach of powers".

Ul-Haque was not offered a lawyer, nor informed that he was not obliged to answer any questions. "They were aware that what they were doing was unlawful," Justice Adams said.

After questioning Ul-Haque until 3am while his home was being raided, the ASIO officers handed him over to the federal police for a formal record of interview. Justice Adams found: "I am satisfied that when he said he believed he was under arrest and that if he did not comply with what the officers asked him they would either use physical violence or take him to a more sinister place for interrogation, or otherwise do something else to his family or him, the accused was telling the truth. Furthermore I think that this state of mind was intentionally instilled."

Ul-Haque was interviewed by the AFP on November 7 and 12, 2003, and in January 2004, and repeated the admissions he had made in the earlier illegal ASIO interviews. The AFP interviews formed the basis for his arrest on a charge of training with a terrorist organisation, which was hailed by the Howard Government as a vindication of its "tough on terror approach".Foreign Minister Alexander Downer announced: "This is exactly what the federal police should be doing, making absolutely sure that people are properly protected in this country."Yesterday's verdict and the admission by Federal Agent Lampaktsun that the police were under pressure to mount terrorism prosecutions raises disturbing questions about the lengths Australian authorities have been prepared to go to obtain convictions in a highly politicised "war on terror".Ul-Haque's case echoes a string of earlier failed prosecutions.

In March 2005, Sydney man Zak Mallah was acquitted on terrorism charges after a trial in which police were found to have acted illegally and improperly in obtaining evidence against him. He pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of threatening to kill commonwealth officers and served two years in jail. In 2006, Melbourne man Jack Thomas had his conviction on terrorism charges overturned in the Victorian Court of Appeal, after it found that his AFP interview had not been voluntary and was unfair and contrary to public policy. Thomas is to face a re-trial next year. And in July, Gold Coast doctor Mohamed Haneef was charged with terrorism-related offences in a highly politically charged case, which was later withdrawn for lack of evidence.The disturbing inference, which is seemingly confirmed by Lampaktsun's testimony, is that terrorism prosecutions are being driven not by a reliance on evidence but by a political imperative to obtain convictions. The effect of this was summed up by Ul-Haque's former principal at North Sydney Boys High in his testimony to the court.

"Terrorism wins an awful victory when we are prepared to destroy a young person's reputation and future on the flimsy grounds which have landed Ul-Haque in this present situation," Mr Newsom said.

The Turkish rejected 'Secularisam'

At last the Turkish whim dissolved in Islam. Since the inception of Kemal Ataturk ‘s kemalism in 1923 , an important Islamic state dipped in to the booby-trap of secularism .Some argued that Mustafa Kemal Atatürk invigorated his effort to separate Military from Politics, but in reality, Military played a key role to nourish the Kemalism and resisted Islam for its political establishment . Fortunately the Turkish has rejected the Kemalism wining the AKP party allowing 46.76% vote and giving them 341 parliamentary seats out of 550 of Grand National Assembly, in the election held on 22 July, 2007. Although the executive powers vested to the Prime Minister, the President acts as head of the state: elected at every 7 years interval. This time the post of President has also been secured by the Islamist Abdullah Gull through the election in the parliament on August 28, 2007. This political development shall , oviously , inspire many Muslims who have zero intolerance to Islam since their experiments with the secularism are nothing but suicidal tasks and Islam is their final destiny.

Although the deviation from the Islam is not inherited from the soul of mass people, it is clearly the betrayal of Kemal Atatürk. When Arab Nationalism was patronized by England lead by the leader of Mecca Sharif Hussein Hashmi in 1915 and the war started in 1919, the Turkey Caliphate was dismantled . Since Turkey supported Germany and in the First World War allied force lead by England won, the plan to divide Turkey Caliphate, was possible. However, the Turkish Muslims, even the Muslims of Indian subcontinent supported Turkey Caliphate in that critical moment . In the mean time, a military man Kemal Attaturk used the Islamists and liberated most of the lands from the control of England . Lastly he betrayed with the sentiments of the Muslims and after grabbing the power he overthrew last Osmani Calipha Sultan Muhammad Hashim in 1922 and abolished Caliphate. The peoples who wished to regain the Islamic spirit, a military man Kemal , mutilated Islam imposing secularism over the head, which is ultimately called ‘Kemalism' ,frustrated thousands of Muslims .

According to Abbas Ali Khan (1991), “As soon as Kemal grabbed the power he declared that he would abolish the memento of Islam from the life of the Turkish. The Turkish can only be advanced and respected by abolishing Islam. In this way, he started to announce against Islam every where. He brought a bill in the parliament on 3 rd March, 1924 in order to impose secularism. He advocated that religion and state should be separated .Turkey should be set up a model Secular state.”

This direction did not lead Turkey a model state, rather, neither she received the acceptability of Europe nor did she get the full support of Islamic states. In this suffocating moment, Turkey declared her mission towards Islam through the election is undoubtedly the memento of righteous.

Recently in Virginia , USA a horrific incident staged with the shooting of 32 students by Cho Seung-hui , South korea origin, a final year student studying in English lived in campus, in Virginia Technical University . This incident shocked the whole world when the USA administration stepped towards Iraq and Afghanistan to protect the respective civilians from the so called terrorists. The President of the USA George W Bush addressed a memorial service for the victims of the shootings in Blacksburg . Mr Bush said it was "a day of sadness for our entire nation". Along with President the Governeor Kaine warned against making snap judgments, saying he had "nothing but loathing" for those who took the tragedy and "make it their political hobby horse to ride".
We are also shocked with the tragedy. In commemoration to the incident different organization including the Virginia Tech Muslim Student Association expresses great sorrow for the tragic events that occurred on the Virginia Tech campus. They conveyed their deepest condolences to the families of the victims and offer their help in anyway to the university campus community. They would like everyone to please keep them in their duaz and prayer.

The association also commented that some people already taking the opportunity to throw around veiled (and sometimes direct) accusations against the Muslims in light of this tragedy - to whip up more suspicion and hate.

Any way, we are also concerned with the incident while the USA 's advice is dropping to us. When a country herself is unsecured can no longer secure others. In that situation we think that our traditional formula is enough to protect us.

This situation in America is not new .Those that regularly read the news, must have not forgotten the ‘Million Mum March' in Washington most probably 1999/2000. Nearly one million mothers gathered in Washington DC in demand to protect their children from the shooting. A statistics provided by the International Time .That showed that nearly 5000 children were killed in whole America while they were carried by their Mum and put in to the cross fire by the gunmen. It is known to all that main business of the USA is arms trade to the whole world. The Jews owned companies sells guns like the grocery in America .Except some province, most of the province allow their citizens to carry arms. As a result for a tiny feud is ended by the gun fight. And the central Government earns a lot of revenues from the arms trade. These arms traders are always busy enough to sell their fire arms by hook or by crook .Their cruel marketing policy also enhanced the episode. The USA movies those are released in different parts of the world also full of the performance of their guns. As a result a bad impact over the juvenile produced such Virginia tragedy. Following the Hollywood , the Indian bollywood is also plotting the same impact to the young generation of their courtiers and our countries also. The top terrorists those are being hooked up by our security force like RAB obviously would confess the influence of Bollywood and Hollywood movies. So the blind followers of this vested civilization may never escape us from the ruin, we have to go back our traditional belief and the direction .The sooner the better .

 

 

FUEL ISSUE: International experince

The fuel for the daily use became the prime target for the aggression. Since the third world reaching towards the development similar to the traditional industrialized countries, conspiracy is mixing to the same proportion. In the case for Bangladesh the electrical power, gas sectors made turmoil political environment. The conspiracy of NAICO in the gas field of the eastern zone of the country brought the bloodiest consequences. On the other hand, importing electricity from India was the only option for the AL during their 95-2000 terms. Later during the 4-party alliance Government, the country was running without importing electricity from India was suddenly halted while the electricity supply became erratic during the month of Ramzan last year. Investigation revealed that the electricity supply authority had the plan to get illegal donation from the different business establishments since the business flourished in the month. However, people became furious while they went to protest against their indifferent role to supply electricity .Later when the authority misbehaved and came to beat the peoples, then situation turned to clash with the police. It happened at Pallabi in Dhaka . Later the electricity Minister had to resign for that and the whole ruling body became controversial with the issue. In addition, the incident in Kansat related to electricity made us clear that the conspiracy involved in this sector.   The concerned quarter believes that if the supply of the electricity can be controlled the industrialization of Bangladesh can be stopped. While the request threw to keep remain the electricity bill, the authority ignored the request and increased the bill with the suggestion of some interest group.

In this regard we should take a vigorous step, for instance, nuclear power sector or such. But what will be the consequences? Answer can be found from the experience of Islamic Republic of Iran. Since Iran is a sovereign state- has the right to keep nuclear power project since it is available in the maximum number of the countries in the worlds is faced a tremendous pressure from the nuclear arms aided western countries, specially America and local watchdog Israel . Recently the diplomats from some countries have decided to impose sanction against Iran since Iran has not stopped nuclear plant.

Although it is the legitimate right of Iran is threatened by the arrogant states to halt the prosperity of the country. In the case for Bangladesh if we take the same step for the maximum development other than the micro credit, it may be faced the same consequences.

So it is the prime time to the international community to be united against the conspiracy to be self sufficient in the power or fuel sector despite the stunt of the arrogant states.

Self sufficiency in Middle Eastern Diplomacy

BM Analaysis,9 February,2007, Dhaka :

T he self sufficiency in the Middle East diplomacy is evident following the Mecca Conference to stop civil war between HAMAS and FATAH of Palestinian.On February 8, 2007 the two parties continued their second day long conference to attain national unity Government.

Following the clashes between the two factions, the Saudi King Abdullah invited the leaders of the both parties in quest to end the violence.Nearly thirty activists of the both parties died following the bloody conflict.In the same way Egypt and Syria tried to negotiate, however, their efforts had little success. Lastly the Saudi King's effort might bring fruitful outcome.The most interesting thing is that these are the regional diplomatic efforts to end the crisis whereas the Middle Easterners were faced to the west. Their self -sufficiency in the diplomacy might impact other part of the world, basically to the Muslim world.

Khilafah Conference in Sydney on 28th January 2007

Muslim community in Australia arranging Khilafah Conference on 28 th January 2007 at Lakemba in Sydney . After a long debate the Government approved to arrange this conference. A group of Muslims in and around Australia ,inshallah, participate in the conference .Although the whole program schedule has not yet been achieved we can expect the conference shall focus the problems of Muslim countries mainly the Middle East , Afghanistan, Sudan ,Somali crisis .Even the conference shall concentrate the local Australian issue regards to the Muslims in Australia. It is well- established that Muslim community in Australia has great contribution to the prosperity of Australia . We expect the conference shall focus the issue i.e. the immigration law and racial treatment to the community that is widely discussed in the country. USA 's 'feminist juggling diplomacy': where's the end?

The banner that is used in the site depicted from the International Time magazine's article core teaching which unveiled the black chapter of the USA diplomacy in Iraq . The article published under the banner “A Man You Could Do Business With” written by TED GUP. Time published the article on March 11, 1991. To make the effective relation with the USA we should read the article for avoiding the misunderstanding for the diplomatic relations between the countries, especially in the case for Bangladesh .

If the U.S was slow to discern Saddam's intentions, Saddam was worse at understanding the U.S .He knew little of America and drew many a false conclusion .U.S. Ambassador Glaspie told State Department colleagues how Saddam had marveled at some earthworks constructed in Iraq by Vietnamese workers. Saddam had been amazed that a Third World people could defeat a superpower and may have been emboldened by thought. He seemed to repeatedly conclude from America 's experience in the Vietnam War that the U.S. lacked will. “He thought he knew more about us than we knew about ourselves, and that was ultimately his most severe miscalculation “observes a senior State Department official.

But given the mixed signals the US was sending Saddam, no wonder he misread Washington 's intentions. On July 25, a week before the invasion Glaspie was summoned to a hasty meeting with Saddam even as his troops threatened the boarder with Kuwait .She told him, “We don't have much to say about Arab-Kuwait differences, like your border difference with Kuwait .” After the invasion Glaspie was severely criticized for her remarks, which were seen by much foreign policy analysis as having given Saddam a virtual green light for invasion. The criticism was misplaced. “She was an ambassador operating on the basis of instruction s.” says Representative Lee Hamilton, chairman of the House subcommittee on Europe and the Middle East .

The mistake was compounded on July 31,two days before the invasion ,when Assistant Secretary of State of Near Eastern and South Asian Affairs John Kelley told a congressional subcommittee, “ we have no defense –treaty relationships with any of the [gulf] countries .We have historically avoided taking a position on border disputes or on internal OPEC deliberations, but we have certainly ,as have all administrations ,resoundingly called for the peaceful settlement of disputes and differences in the region.” Says Hamilton …..

US was not winning the war in Iraq-President Bush

Mr Bush also announced plans to expand the "stressed" US armed forces to deal with the long-term fight against terrorism.

In his search for a new strategy for Iraq , Mr Bush appeared to adopt the formula advanced by his top military adviser, General Peter Pace, to describe the situation in Iraq . "We're not winning, we're not losing," he told The Washington Post .

The assessment was a striking reversal for a President who, days before the November elections, declared: "Absolutely, we're winning."

In another turnaround, Mr Bush said he had ordered Defence Secretary Robert Gates to develop a plan to increase the troop strength of the army and marine corps, heeding warnings from the Pentagon and Capitol Hill that multiple deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan were stretching the armed forces towards breaking point.

Mr Gates last night made a surprise visit to Baghdad to consult with US military commanders and Iraqi leaders, just two days after being sworn in.

"The whole purpose is to go out, listen to the commanders, talk to the Iraqis, see what I can learn," Mr Gates told reporters travelling with him. His goal, he said, was to "learn a lot".

The International Crisis Group released a report yesterday urging Washington to distance itself from Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's beleaguered Government, which has failed to tackle sectarian militias, and reach out to US arch-foes Iran and Syria .

"Implementation of the various measures mapped out in this report is one last opportunity. It is at best a feeble hope," the ICG paper says.

"But it is the only hope to spare Iraq from an all-out disintegration, with catastrophic and devastating repercussions for all."

Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Sends Letter to American People

BM DESK,10 December,2006

 Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sent a lengthy letter to the American people on 29th November addressing the American as "Noble nation'. It is the first attempt of President of Iran to make direct relation through letter whilst the first letter posted addressed to the US President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

The President tried to find out the fields where the two nations can meet .In doing so he found out the field like God-fearing, truth-loving , justice-seeking, and dignity, respect and perfection haunter.

"Both greatly value and readily embrace the promotion of human ideals such as compassion, empathy, respect for the rights of human beings, securing justice and equity and defending the innocent and the weak against oppressors and bullies." He mentioned in the letter.

In the letter he mentioned the sufferings of the Palestenians and Lebanese and he supported Hezbollah and Hamas for their role to safeguard the right of the respctive countries.

The President claimed the US Governmen's responsibility for the long agony of the Iraqis
.In the time when the people around the world spiritually dipped in to the destruction, he reminded the Americans to follow the true path should be followed to safe guard the civilization.

"I am confident that you, the American people, will play an instrumental role in the establishment of justice and spirituality throughout the world," Ahmadinejad writes.

Ben Bella lauds role of Lebanese Hizbollah

Algiers , Dec 5, IRNA

Algeria - Nasrallah - Meeting
The former Algerian president, Ahmad Ben Bella here Tuesday lauded the status and role of Lebanon's Hizbollah and said that 'if the late Egyptian president Abdel-Nasser had been alive, like me, he too would have taken pride in being a soldier of Hizbollah Chief Seyed Hassan Nasrallah and fight with Israel'.

He made the remark in a meeting with Iran's ambassador to Algiers, Hossein Abdi Abyaneh.

Ben Bella underlined that the only right approach towards the enemies is the one practiced by Hizbollah during the 33-day conflict, when they defended Lebanon against the aggression of the Zionist regime.

Describing Nasrallah as a prominent figure, he praised the courageous resistance of Lebanese people as well as the role and sacrifice of Hizbollah under the leadership of Nasrallah.
