How can we save our electricity bill?

If you carefully notice to the pictures inserted above, you will find four objects there;From left: an underground tank; which has been forcibly built by the authority so that water can be stored therein. Although reluctance to enforce other sections of the act; it is merely seen any mercy which you see while to build any new building. In fact, underground water reservoir in every house has been being built mandatorily and for this purpose, laws related to the construction of building have been necessarily amended. The builders are to do since they know little or even no nothing about the mystery of such enforceability. It is one of the systematic exploitation that has been presented by the technocrat of the country, nourished by different local and international quarters. To make underground reservoirs a reality, the roof top reservoirs and water pump have to be built or managed which is another burden which we pay, that we might avoid. Against such burden and waste, there was a substitute water distribution facility which we enjoyed even in this city. It is well known, when the period of ‘Vistiwala' came to an end, we have seen water distribution through pipeline in the city. In part of such convenience, nearly 400 Large overhead tanks have been made which was more convenient in terms of saving electricity bills; By using a single pump, a great deal of household used to get water at the level of the tank. It is the principle of water that it remains in the same level no matter in what path it is dispensed. It has another benefit, it could be maintained conveniently since less pipes could be used and keeping those pipe free from leakage we could get clean and pure water which could save the mass from water borne diseases. The construction cost could automatically be reduced since this system does not need any reservoir. Since we foolishly reserve water in the underground tank and dispense it in the tank we buy spending lots of money, the picture which is placed in the second from the left. Have we though that such a horrible burden has been loaded on our head which could divert as savings or spend to collect other essential belongings. We at times feel boast as the tiger, is it the feature of a tiger? It is the face of an donkey which bears the burden of others !!!
