DV Visa Lottery : Cheat in someway

When Awami League led Government came to power few years back, they vowed to eliminate corruption and generate employment to the vast unemployed peoples. In part of that they voiced through different media that they were going to arrange job for at least a person from each family. However, reality had given us a bitter experience and we enjoyed surprisingly that neither any promises have come to realize, nor any dynamic arrangement for developing infrastructural development which me generate employment keeping the tranquility and happiness in the society. Instead we are experiencing that a syndicate is doing generator business linking with the respective department and making erratic load shedding and in consequence of that many existing small level and even large scale mills and factories are gradually shutting down. Moreover, although we have 50 years of gas reserve we are surprisingly deprived of gas supply. It is also vanishing the gas dependent industries. Even the household supply of gas is also hampered. Different source has added that a hidden contract with a giant domestic LPG gas company has enumerated such a national power crisis.

A part of intelligentsia, on the other hand, has also echoed the fact that these power crises are the resultant of artificial crises. We also add to them it is true and the main reason to rob millions of dollors from this sector in order to smuggle the same to any remote place where the relative of the state man breathe fresh air and drive limousine or bla bla. The aim of electricity crises is also to pull our legs so that we can not develop. The masked force which is vowing them as sole agent of freedom will one day unmask and then we must see the ugly face of that demon. Once the backbone of our economic figure is collapsed, that demon will offer the last hinge which might be used to thumb the coffin of our state.

This is not the end, law and order is deteriorating for the flawless arrangement for grabbing, tendering and all sorts of bloodshed carried out by the killer cadre harboring within the heart of governing party which is not contributing to make the country disciplined rather their reckless behavior has loaded the displeasure and prospect of the country.

By the by, the promise of the present Government to arrange job at least one people from each family has been punctured since a minister of the Government on behalf of the present GOB had duly stated that on the basis reality job for each family was not possible to be arranged. When the leaders of different countries of the world are able to invigorate to their economy applying different package, then should they not resign for their inability to tackle the challenge?

When internal job opportunity is challenged, the respective government stress on domestic production and the check import also. It is very surprising that stressing on import or simply staying idle without taking any projects which may strong the internal infrastructure or passing time 'hopelessly' will eventually puncture the balloon of hope the people blew nearly two years ago. Presently, upon considering the entire variables of development, I can not but to say that bitter reality is really making us frustrated. Wreath of words is bombarded, but no dramatic projects for the job hungry peoples have yet to take. The housing industry that is a bit hope for the rural people in the urban area basically in Dhaka is advancing so irregularly that the environment catastrophe is eminent and such urbanization is, in fact, is and will become a curse to us.

All the development are not caring about Air, sound pollution which ultimately making Dhaka (although Dhaka is not the whole Bangladesh ) unlivable. Even if such careless development is grabbed (already grabbed) we must be suffocated and this country will be hell rather than to a peasant country.

Such irregularities can not be harbored without the assistance of the organs of the GOB. Civil servant's porous activities have bred so many muscle men in the country who ultimately will rob the country. And head of the state? Can he/ she discharge the burden? No.

It is mentionable that Huge wage-earnings are coming in Bangladesh , but the infrastructural development is not complying to the phase of other countries where we are ready to go by hook or by crook. When the standards of life of different countries are going up, our standard is plunging day by day.

In this circumstance, USA Government has donated an offer which is called DV-Visa Lottery for the people who are fit to face their challenges. Many Bangladeshis have already filled the prescribed form or are preparing to fill the form since the dead line is about finish. But a cheat syndicate has also weaved bundled of tricks of blackmailing in different ways with this lottery. Features of cheat we are to handle with this regard are given below:

1. The dispatch unit of the postal service located at ICD Kamlampur or Dhaka Airport the officers and staffs coordinately grab the letters of the winners and contact with the winners so that they may get the letter by paying huge amount of money. This syndicate contacts with different firms deals in immigration located at Mogbazar, Hatirpool , Malibagh Moor, Santinagar, Dhanmondi within Dhaka and their agents in different parts of Bangladesh.
2. The winners who are unaware of their tricks are cheated by those so-called DV VISA experts who offer to arrange confirm DV visa after first letter is arrived stating that they have close tie with USA embassy staffs and sign contract taking a huge amount of money. Investigation showed that an expert dealing in DV Business have taken three lacs of taka. In the long run, their promise is proved a hoax and they payer has no chance to get the money back.
3. When experience certificates are required those DV VISA experts prepare fake experience certificate in lieu of money who have close ties with different organizations. Many peoples are cheated with those fake experience certificates since those instruments are easily traceable and consequently bring no positive obtaining visa against DV Visa lottery.
4. From the initial stage, when DV VISA form is filled up, some agents of those fake experts knock at the door of interested DV Visa applicants and offer to fill up the form and and during filling up the form they put their address in the prescribed space where applicant's address is to be inscribed. In the event of wining of the Visa application and once the first letter is posted to the broker's address, it is the prime time, when they move forward and demand a lot of money in order to release the intial letter.
5. Some DV VISA experts who deal with DV visas act as the agent of the law enforcing agents to gain money applying crooked measure and harrasment. Once any successful candidate is supposed to leave Bangladesh, they are those who inform the Law enforcers stating that the passenger will carry bogus Passport and even his/her visa is forge. Acting on that tip off, when the law enforcers seize that passport, although the instruments are gnuine, they offer to purchase that passport since they manage customers who wich to but the passport which is called ‘Golacata passport' and in conseqeunce the real one is abandoned from flying to so-called dreamland America and the circle aided by the concerned authority make deserted the real one.

All these are the various forms of cheat. If you are dropped in any tricks mentioned above you should call to patriotic law enforcers because the syndicates who do such heinous activities are very organized, terror and most interestingly politically backed. In this new era, unless taking just and proactive measures, their burden of responsibility can not be discharged.
