Unless aimless course of action, it is one of the important duties of a writer about to delegate his/her idea how his society and state at large should be constructed which may eventually make him alive to be survived peacefully. The importance deserves to be laid down since the individual can not separate himself/ herself from the pound of interaction with the society. In part of that concern, Bangladeshmoves is trying to deliver valuable comment on the event in and around its position from the very beginning. Except a few, many peoples are sharing this idea which may hopefully pound their sense.
We have tried to focus that the issue of law & order and cultural language particularly the film, poster - displaying in the cinema hall in the broad day light, is a matter to be revised since there is a correlation between them where we complained to the authority about the usage of firearms and its open display in the cine-poster may make a negative impact on the societies which can never be denied since this ‘filmy style’ replica in the society is a everyday hot item of the news media and so it is the concern of the peace of the society too.  Open usage of firearms is playing an important role to destabilize the society, which seems to a little bother to the Head of State of Bangladesh.
Here we want to make assure to the GOB that we have got the evidences amidst controlled by ‘the sole agent of liberation of Bangladesh’ which are nothing but substances of abetment those may infuriate, instable and chaotic the state and eventually turn in to a country unlivable. Unless disposal of the role on part of the GOB to dig out the route cause of retaliation which invokes the younger in consequence of deprivation, any further inert role should be deemed as the involvement of GOB to make the law and order vulnerable. Bangladesh is a democratic country and is governed by laws where any extravagance on part of the citizen is a crime and punishable. Although right of self defense is a part of legal system in Bangladesh, it is further mentionable that beyond that limit, carrying open arms which is seen in the poster seems, is a crime and any pre-concert discharge of role to perish the opponent without authorized force, is not tenable. In 1971, the freedom fighters were organized by different ways: some were organized and trained by the EPR soldier, Military personnel who used to serve under the disciplinary force of Pakistan while some other was trained by Indians inside their border. Since they were organized under different psychological sate of order, when war was over Sheikh Mujib did not control the fighters. Since he was emotional rather than rational, his ‘sons’ were not as obedient as he used to predict, resulted by,  they started to involve in various anti-social activities. ‘Abar Tora Manush Ha’ of Khan Ataur Rahman was still the symbol of vandalism of some freedom fighters who used their arms as to intimidate and anarchy in the society. There are many films made on that eve under FDC are still corroborates the fact that the arms used to liberate country used to various  unpleasant actions.  The treacherous acts concerted by the respectable men heated the public sentiment. For the fall of Ershad, the number of students spared lives using arms had not been used for then Former Military Dictator Ayub Khan, particularly in East Bengal Area. For that, movement, no students had been killed which has been collaborated by the statistics.
In this circumstance, can’t we urge that using fire arms used in the years especially after 1983 were unrequited? In the name of politics, the firearm which was easily procured from India, Burma and various local and international sources are used against the general mass just to commit dacoit that a civil state can not expect. The violent nature of in the education institutions are reported to be intentional. Public universities are mostly chosen by the students belonging to the political party’s allied force. In order to be facilitated by them, the doors to be admitted by other students have been barred and consequently, to get the fundamental need: education, most of the wellbeing guardians are to pay huge amount of tuition fee to the private universities and low standard overseas educational institutions, which they are to earn by unfair means.  Most of the teachers belonging to public universities are seen served in the private universities and the fundamental need has become the tool of exploitation and deprivation.

Firearms, endowment and lower quality of education were not perceived even before 1971 from public universities that the statistical fact of crimes support has become deteriorated after 1971. The usage of fire arms in the educational institution was aimed to bend down the education so that the foreign interests are served. Instability in the education field is the reason to be remitted huge amount of money in the foreign country which we could save by establishing a stable arms free educational institutions. Involvement of various international intelligence including RAW has been discussed which can not be denied upon analyzing the attitude of that country with various facts and figures.
The grown of usage of firearms have likely to be done in consequence of the unwarranted collaboration between the law enforcers and firearms stakeholder. The roles of doctors are associated with the influx of crimes, some suggest, a accident patient is a lucrative source. Having sufficient the increase of private hospitals and clinics are somehow responsible to push up the causalities. A dishonest business link between them and various sectors might be the reason to be  debarred from elimination of source of casualties.  
We have the opportunity to be seen both the rule of military Dictatorship and Democratic Dictatorship: in terms of the interest of the mass, none can present good governance unless the elites really expect to the wellbeing of people, now we are to being irritated by the dump of the Minister of Communication. If he was really thinking to the well being of peoples beforehand without being involved in various mismanagement, we could be served by a handsome road network around the country. However, it is the irony he is supposed to be resigned.
Furthermore, same remark may be applied to the language of the posters of the movies, we see on the walls around the country where angry actors are either slaughtering with the knives or shooting the villain which may impact on the psychology of the general peoples among them the younger one who are out of parental guide and detached from their parents, may copy in their practical lives. Cinema halls are occupied by the lower middleclass and lower income peoples among them most are juvenile and are involved in various jobs like garments, transportation and construction labors who are not properly guided by any social interaction as a result such veracity of retaliation with arms may  ultimately  soften the ground of law and order of Bangladesh. Being such irregularities initiated from the end of GOB where it requires to uphold public health and morality,  in that case, taking bottles of wine by the hero just for a woman, is  contradictory to the  section  18(1) of the Constitution of Bangladesh. Impact on both educated and non educated class, we try to  emphasis on the requirement of the peoples which should be served from the end of the state  should  be arranged under the guidance of the law;  being debarred from  such delivery, if the present GOB  want to take any credit  being allowed such poster to be affixed on the walls of the city portraying  heroism committed by the hero of the film shall be  the cause to sue against the  Film Censor Board of Bangladesh in charge of committing abatement.

In this circumstance,   the dogmatism we are to enjoy in the film culture produced by the authorization of the Film Censor Board under the Ministry of Information of Bangladesh, should be rearranged by them since film is being used as the marketing vehicle of dishonest firearms dealers who are in fact less interested to check the usage of firearms rather than to let the misusage a soar. We live in a state and it has an authority whose prescribed role is expected to be complied with rather than the jungle law.
