Child & Youth delinquency mushrooming in the country: need relief

In the midst of negligence and carelessness and even for the conscious nourishment by the concerned quarter child, youth delinquency has been disseminating in the capital in particular and the whole country at large. Bangladeshmoves has found a lot of fields where child and youth are used immorally to gain the interest of the vested quarter. Administrative initiative is inadequate and consequently their crimes are mushroomed day by day.
The areas included:
• Selling pornography
• Selling drugs at slums and parks
• Selling police food depriving police member.
• Pick pocketing at the crowded spot like Gulistan, Nilkhet, Inter-district Bus terminal etc.
On the spot:
a. Pornography selling:
Student and labour leaders of the ruling party are employing children to sell pornography at Farmgate, Purobi Bus stand with the nourishment of the local admintration. This pornography is supplied by the businessmen at Stadium market and Patutuli at Sadarghat. Moreover, irregular CD suppliers who download pornography from the internet and supply to this chain. Since Child Act,1974 has made barrier to publish the picture of the children except to the intention to the welfare of the same, the vested quarters think that at least their pictures may not be published and so they have chosen children as the real bite to make their vested business go on. The same criminal activities are seen different parts of the country, a source added.
b. Drug Selling:
The reviewer has seen children acting as the guide to drug dealing at Tejgaon Slums at the railway property.
c. Police Food seller:
Food of police personnel is sold in different parts of the Capital. To save the budget, the responsible police officer allows minor child to work as the food carrier for the personal who have the duty at different crucial spots for instance, Dhaka University Campus, Gulistan etc. Although the Police officer has to digest low quality of food, the extra food is sold to different spot. Who shares the cash is clearly unknown to us. However, we may say it is mushrooming criminality among the children who are used as the bite for the greedy responsible officer.
d. Pick pocket by the juvenile at Nilkhet:
At Nilkhet, lots of women and busy shoppers are gathered all the week around. They have little idea about the tricks of the pickpockets who operates thereof. Along with matured, we have seen juvenile to pick the pocket while the crowd are hurriedly get on the bus or rickshaw. Although the Police officers stay at very close proximity, they have the little role to check the gang. Some argues that they take the share from this slum dog. This situation is almost same in Gulistan. Making footpath crowded they have been given opportunity to cut the pocket and bump the nation!
Question is: Is this Din Bodol?
